"Went out to eat with my parents at Shanghai Delight in Milpitas. They have some good and other decent dishes. We ordered the Braised pork with preserved vegetables, salt and pepper pork chop, Steamed Fish in chili oil, Xiao Long Bao, and sliced beef in chili sauce. The braised pork is a little bit sweeter which I've had many where this is their style. It's still really good and tender, the steamed fish, literally just melts like butter tender in your mouth. If you aren't familiar with sichuan pepper, it kind of has a numbing effect while you eat the fish. The salt and pepper pork chop was a bit on the salty side, so if your palette is more on that side you will really enjoy it. It was cooked really well and very tender and juicy pork chops. The xiao long bao's dough or wrapping was a bit thick and the meat filling was ok. Lots of great dishes to try here.
