"After returning home from a month of traveling in the USA, I had to visit this little restaurant. I have Coeliac disease, so I sometimes struggle to find safe food to eat in the USA. But this place was a total dream and the food was out of this world. Although it was really busy and we didn't have a reservation, we were able to access the full menu at the bar without any issues. This actually made the experience more enjoyable as we were able to chat with the knowledgeable wine director, Canaan. She provided excellent customer service and even managed to find us a table, as there was a two-hour wait. As for the food, it was the best Italian Coeliac cuisine I have ever had. I was even served focaccia, which is usually a rare find for Coeliacs. If I ever find myself in Raleigh again, I will definitely be dining here. This restaurant is now in my top 3 favorite places I ate during my travels. Many thanks to everyone there, especially Canaan."
