"I had a great experience here the first visit I had. I got two cupcakes for my birthday and ate both in one sitting they were that good. They’re nice and big, too.So when I had friends over, I thought I’d surprise them with some cupcakes. I don’t remember what I spent on them, but I know it was a bit. They were dry unfortunately. My friend even agreed with me. It wasn’t a big deal, they got eaten anyway. Seeing the reviews here, it seems like this is a common problem. I’d love to support this business, but I don’t want to risk spending money on dry products. I’m not saying they were old, maybe just over baked. I am a baker myself and understand how it goes. Sometimes things just don’t work out.Also the guest service there isn’t the best, both times I went I was barely greeted and didn’t feel welcome. But it’s is whatever cause I’m there for the desserts. I just feel reluctant to return because I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering someone."
