"The food is good, but I've had some issues with my orders. I usually order ahead of time, and they tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes. However, when I arrive 20 minutes later, I often end up waiting another 10-15 minutes for my food. This has happened 2 out of the 4 times I've ordered. The second time, they mentioned that my fries hadn’t even been started, and most recently, they hadn’t begun preparing my order at all."
