"I’ve ordered from here via DoorDash several times, most recently for my Taco Tuesday craving a few days ago. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food, even considering DoorDash’s additional fees. While some deliveries have been later than expected, the late arrivals don’t compromise the taste and flavors of the dishes.
I always go for the tacos, and the barbacoa and suadero options are particularly delicious. They also offer a Brasada taco combo, which includes five street tacos filled with steak, cheese, poblano peppers, onions, pastor, and bacon. When you squeeze some lime on it and drizzle it with the green salsa—oh my goodness, it’s amazing! The gorditas here are probably the best I’ve tried in Houston, too. They have the perfect crispy texture, and you can really savor the flavors of the masa, beans, queso fresco, meat, lettuce, and onions. It holds together beautifully without falling apart, unlike some I’ve had before. It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where George brings calzones to Steinbrenner, who appreciates how the calzone pocket keeps all the ingredients together. That’s exactly how this gordita was—firm and intact!
If the food is this good when delivered, I definitely need to order directly from the truck one of these days. I’ll be sure to do that soon!"
