"I visited Let's Pho on July 17 at 9:00 PM and encountered an unpleasant situation. The host informed me that I needed to leave because they were closing early. When I asked for an explanation, she claimed she was feeling "sick." I found it strange that they were closing a full hour early, and when I pressed her for more information, she raised her voice and became confrontational. It was clear she wasn’t genuinely sick and was simply eager to leave her shift. Regardless of her condition, she had no right to close the restaurant early.
I requested to speak with the management, but she told me the manager was on vacation. When I asked who was in charge, she pointed to the chefs in the back, who didn't speak English, as if they were responsible for the situation. I plan to file a complaint with management due to this awful experience."
