"We went yesterday. We got sat then our waiter had a terrible attitude didn’t care we were there. He got our drink order great then brought our drinks. Then asked if we wanted appetizers we said no but we are ready to order but said okay and walked off. Five minutes later took our order which we ordered different things. We got our food which he didn’t put it in correctly. So we had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our food. He didn’t want to work he kept hiding and when you tried getting his attention he would walk away. He decided to add 18% on a split bill decided not to tell us. He was rude And disrespectful. The singer was awesome."

"Living out of state now, but I dream about the time I can come back to Sunnyvale and eat my favorite, all time bagels at House of Bagels. I LOVE the whitefish salad bagel, on toasted poppyseed with cucumbers and onions. They cut the cucumbers nice and thin, and the onions also, and the white fish is just the best!! So delicious and salty and oily. Next in line is the lox and cream cheese sandwich; again, toasted poppyseed with extra cream cheese (already generous cucumbers and onions. Simply heaven!! Cannot get this delicious dream of a bagel in other states, sadly, so Please, House of Bagels, never go out of business or change this wonderful recipe!"

With our pandemic going on you would think businesses would enforce wearing masks in their store. I have been in therenumerous times where unmasked people come inside the tiny store. I live with children and older adults and I just can?t in goodconscience visit a business who doesn?t take wearing masks seriously. You have lost my business and will let other know not tovisit your store. There are many other stores willing to put the public at ease and we will go there."

"Came here for lunch and was notified of the wait. My date and I walked around Main Street a little more and checked in, and they had a table available. When we came in, we had a nice waiter come by. It took a little longer than expected for them to take our order, but we understood only having 2 waiters in lunch rush for the restaurant is tough. We had the soft shell crab entree and a croque monsieur, which were delightfully tasty, but I HAVE to tell you about the calamari we had. I was expecting another batter-y deep fried pile of food, but what I got instead was an experience. The calamari itself was glorious: crunchy and succulent, along with the salad underneath. But together with the vinaigrette sauce and the umami flavors from the calamari took it to the next level and made us have to stop and really appreciate what we get to enjoy on our afternoon. If there’s any appetizer to get, it’s the calamari."

"Was charged for a sandwich along with other items. When I got home I unpacked the bag and discovered that the sandwich I paid for was not in the bag. I called went back right away and when I returned for my sandwich they tried to charge me again. I refused to pay again and was told sorry sir so I walked out without the sandwich I had paid for already.. I will never purchase anything from this place again...Some advice for anyone that does check your bag before walking out because the guy behind the counter doesn’t do his job very well to put it nicely..... Would have given no stars if I could...."

"As an aviation enthusiast, I was eager to visit any restaurant with "Rickenbacker" in its name. Unfortunately, apart from a few propellers on the entrance wall, there was no aviation theme to be found. The food was decent but overpriced, and the service left much to be desired. Our group of four was hit with a mandatory 18% gratuity, despite the fact that we ordered takeout, dined on the patio to watch the planes take off, and received no table service. I won't be coming back; there’s nothing that sets this place apart."

"Apologies for the quality of my photos, but I had to share this wonderful crepe spot in downtown Austin. They offer breakfast all day, along with a variety of savory and sweet crepes. There’s some outdoor seating, which is quite charming, as well as a small indoor area. They serve coffee and alcohol, but the drink selection is a bit limited. I recommend sitting outside on a nice day; the ambiance is lovely. I’d give it 4 stars because the service could be improved, but I definitely plan to visit again soon!"

"We used to travel through Miami on a regular basis and the Miami Airport Sheraton was always our favorite place to stay. Rickenbacker was a great place for a meal during our stay. Something happened since our last visit though. The decor has changed, not a huge deal. but the aviation theme was more fun than the new color scheme. We were seated for lunch then waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken (only 3 other tables were in use, not exactly rush hour). Prices had gone up substantialy, which did happen over time. $10 for a bowl of soup seems steep though. Another wait staff came and took our order again but got confused over our wanting a chicken sandwich and french onion soup, not chicken soup. 20 minutes later, all the other patrons were eating (including the could we followed in) and we were still waiting for drinks. That's when we left. We bought sandwiches at the gift shop (same inflated prices for the same sandwiches in the restaurant). We'd paid in advance for the brunch buffet the day we left. How bad can you do with a brunch buffet. Sadly, it turns out, pretty bad. Scrambled eggs were a mixture of warm and cold. Sausage links were barley room temp, bacon was greasy and over or undercooked depending on where in the chaffing dish it was sitting and or was so soggy. The potatoes were warm, so that was ok. The bread for the french toast was stale, the crusts inedible. The best item at breakfast was the pre-packaged little cinnamon role."
