"My staff and I discovered this place three weeks ago. We'll find each week in this business area. Since the financing of 22 West we have come here every week. Every dish we ordered was beyond our expectations, the ribs are the best I ever had. The service was absolutely breathtaking every week, no matter who the server was. This week, Anne was our server and she was incredibly friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend 22 West, great food, great people and great atmosphere."

"I also got a side salad that contained just four pieces of chopped tomato. When my boyfriend ordered a side salad too, he asked if he would receive a garden salad with Caesar dressing, and the server assured him he would. However, she didn't check on us after delivering our food and instead came back 20 minutes later asking about cartons we hadn’t requested. When it came time to order dessert, we declined despite being offered a box. Our bill included an additional $3 fee for card payments. If my boyfriend were to leave a review, it would simply say, “This place belongs on a kitchen nightmares episode.” But if you're looking for a trendy spot to take an expensive Instagram photo, this is definitely the place to go!"

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."

"Very disappointed in our dining experience. Treated as if we were in a diner not a nice restaurant! Before we were even done eating, waitress came by to inquire about dessert and placed bill on the table. We sat down for a relaxed meal before 5:30. There were few tables occupied. No coffee or other hot beverage was offered. And, one waitress was training another waitress. I felt compelled to write the manager a note. The response was unsatisfactory lip service. The inside of the restaurant was cool with myself and other patrons wearing their coats. I asked if they could turn up the temperature. Waitress said she would ask someone to adjust the thermostat. While we were there, it remained cold. As to the food, the 16 oz Delmonica bison was tasty but seemed less than 16 oz. I've dined at this restaurant 3x in the past 4 months appreciating that they offer grass fed, local meats. Perhaps my emails to the manager will spark some improvements in service and ambiance."

"Had a dinner party for my friend David that turned with of our closest friends. At least of the friends had never been to the Harp; I've been there a handful of times but ALWAYS sat on the barside. The waitress was okay she forgot alot of the things we asked for, our us drink Margarita's so I ordered Margaritta's WITH Patron and no salt; she brought us Margarittas' but it was NOT Patron and there was salt on all four glasses. She forgot some of the food, the food itself was not HOT it was warm and the air condioning was freezing us out .... If I do come back to the Harp because I have reservations on for another group of friends we will be sitting on the barside NOT THE resturant side. I truly believe this waitress was NEW and she didn't know anything about the food or drinks. We asked for an Irish Coffee and she had no idea what that was so I think you should TRAIN your waitress before cutting them loose on a table of .... Not sure if I am going to return to this establishment or not ... was a horrible experience"

"Today, my husband and I joined two other couples for lunch at this restaurant. It was our second visit as a group, as the location was convenient for all of us. The food and service were fantastic. One person in our party required a vegetarian and gluten-free meal, and they were very pleased with their pasta dish. Some of us tried the soup in bread bowls, which was also delicious. "I absolutely love this place! I'm not usually one to visit bars for karaoke, but I had a fantastic time here on a Saturday night from 9 PM to midnight. "Literally had to show the manager how tough the pulled pork was, drinks and service were fine but overall experience was not great, maybe the atmosphere just wasn’t for me but I found the manager to be kind of dismissive of the general issues I described. Probably won’t ever go back, I’ve made pulled pork from the Jack Daniel’s packages that was better, girl got a steak and cheese and she hardly ever complains at restaurants and even she said her food was basically dog meat. Waitress was nice though. Also the parking lot at night is pretty sketchy, hard pass on the whole thing to be honest."
