With years of experience in the food service industry, she's quite discerning and had nothing but praise for her experience. She said: “Everything was absolutely outstanding, from the food and decor to the staff and their attention to detail and communication. The atmosphere was clean, bright, and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the fantastic service we received. Stephanie, David, and Gus were amazing. Gus made sure I had everything I needed, while Stephanie and David communicated excellently and were a pleasure to work with—simply fantastic. The food was some of the best I've ever had, providing incredible value. My guests raved about the food! There was plenty to go around, with something for everyone. Everything was served hot, fresh, and delicious. The porcelain and linens added beautiful finishing touches to the venue. I highly recommend their brunch package for anyone planning a bridal or baby shower. We couldn’t have asked for a better day!""

This is a real jewel, up to every detail. The food was nicely prepared and served. The staff was exceptional and courteous, and the decor was beautiful. I felt very pampered and enjoyed, only part of it. BRAVO!!!

This restaurant is fantastic! Stephanie is the best bartender and server you could ask for. The food is absolutely amazing, and the ambiance is perfect for any occasion. It's definitely a must-try if you haven't been yet!

Dinner last night was to die for. They had a little buffet set up for our family. Everything was perfectly cook. Never had cold tortellini salad before, never thought I'd get excited over a salad. Can't wait to see when they open up the John Dillinger BBQ grill

Went there for a holiday date night. The food was superb, Larissa was an excellent server, and the host was also attentive! You also cannot beat the beautiful union station as your background! My husband had the filet and I had the lobster ravioli. Such a classy restaurant! View menu

Where do I start? Our group of six ordered 2 prepared sandwiches, 2 Buffet and 2 Hot Meals. As we were talking amongst ourselves. A member of the staff, not once but 3 times came to our table to remind us to all smile. Never asked how we were enjoying our meal or asking why only 2 members had food or why did the sandwiches came out 20 minutes before the rest of the food... The food was still amazing.

The Father's Day Buffet was the best. They had everything from chicken parmegan to turkey and cranberry sauce (soooo good), rice pilaf, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks and waffles, etc. Really, really delicious. Excellent wait staff that came around often to see if you needed anything. All of the staff were very friendly. Only disappointment was that I didn't know about this place and went to a different place on Mother's Day that didn't come close to Lucianos. Loved it!!

The restaurant had 2 holiday parties (20 guests 30 guests) and a few other patrons. The kitchen seemed to be overwhelmed. Food was okay. Steak ordered rare was served medium well. Calamari was over cooked and the rest of the seafood pasta dish was good but tepid. My companion and I agreed that the cakes we had for dessert were thoroughly thawed . Server was new and busy. This is NOT fine dining. Our waitress forgot a lot of things that we ordered. We asked for gluten free options and never received any answers. Our other orders were missing things. In addition, the food was mediocre at best. Trying to go to the bathroom at this place is also sketchy. The women’s room is so far down from the restaurant which makes no sense when you’re walking past some shady characters. Public bathroom is filled with individuals doing drugs. Not a place I’m willing to spend money at.

Without a doubt, it's the best restaurant for hosting an event, particularly if you're looking for top-notch service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere for the price! Martin, Stephanie, Sierra, Kathy, and David were incredibly attentive, taking care of our needs and ensuring everything was perfect. The restaurant itself is a tourist attraction! Its decor is unique and eye-catching, featuring vintage photographs that create a comfortable yet stylish ambiance.
