"Dined early to beat the rush. Order rum and coke. Tasted off. Spouse and I are both rum drinkers. Told server. She insisted it was rum, just that their rum was different. Well I drink light and spouse drinks dark; the drink in question was neither and did not taste like rum at all. She did replace my drink and the whiskey sour was fine. Ordered Steak frites for dinner and asked for more butter. Fries were just plain skinny fries; no seasoning or anything special; practically covered the plate and were piping hot. The steak was small but tasty but hardly room temperature. Obviously the steaks sat waiting for the plain fries. Again requested additional butter for the bread, which was very crusty. 30 minutes later when another person was clearing our table he asked if alright to take the remaining bread. I said sure, I asked for butter to eat with it 30 minutes ago but it never arrived so I don't need the bread any more. I think something is lost in service consistency. The server takes your order but it is delivered by someone else and cleaned up by yet someone else. Our server only checked on us once to change out my drink which is when I asked for butter. The drink arrived but not the butter. Server did bring the bill but waited so long to come collect that we just left money on the table and departed. The pan seared scallops are fabulous but dinner was downhill from there."
