"I also want to mention Jen, whose sarcasm and unbearable attitude were uncalled for. She tried making me feel bad about her daughter's hospital stay, but that’s not my problem. It was obvious she was attempting to cover up the fact that the food served was terrible. She claimed to have seen the food that day, yet clearly, the standards need to be raised significantly. The jarred marinated vegetables weren't even grilled, the salad was soggy and old, the leftover bread was used for bread pudding instead of French toast, and the sandwiches were dry and flavorless. Customers were left waiting for drinks and service, and the server didn’t fulfill her duties; I caught her in the room only twice throughout the event!
This was my last visit to this establishment, and when I expressed my concerns to the owner, they didn’t seem to care at all. If I were in their position and someone pointed out all the issues, I would do everything possible to make it right. Jen, you are a DISGRACE, just like your food! I gave you a chance to rectify the situation, and you refused. The other owners need to seriously address these problems!"
