"We have dined at Roux several times for dinner and have always been impressed with both the food and the service. This time, we had the opportunity to try their lunch menu, which, although understandably less extensive than the dinner offerings, featured a nice variety of options ranging from light snacks to full entrees. The waitstaff were attentive without being intrusive, and the chefs clearly displayed their expertise. I enjoyed a delightful clam chowder soup, followed by a perfectly cooked steak, and finished with a bread pudding that was among the best I've ever had. From now on, this will definitely be one of my go-to spots for lunch."
