"The staff then instructed my husband to call the number on the order, which turned out to ring at the restaurant itself. When he inquired about having our food remade—since we had 11 guests waiting at home for lunch—they refused, claiming they had already lost too much money on the initial order and that fulfilling ours had delayed other orders. Given that their menu isn’t particularly extensive, it seems they could have easily remade our $200 order and avoided disappointing customers.
We were informed that the owner's son was outside and had made the decision. They also refused to issue a refund, telling us to cancel the order online, but we were unable to do so since it was marked as fulfilled. We reached out directly to the restaurant via email but never received a response. Fortunately, we decided to order from Luna Grill instead, and it was prepared in half the time and tasted twice as good. If you’re ever in doubt, I highly recommend Luna Grill."
