"The staff then instructed my husband to call the number on the order, which turned out to ring at the restaurant itself. When he inquired about having our food remade—since we had 11 guests waiting at home for lunch—they refused, claiming they had already lost too much money on the initial order and that fulfilling ours had delayed other orders. Given that their menu isn’t particularly extensive, it seems they could have easily remade our $200 order and avoided disappointing customers. We were informed that the owner's son was outside and had made the decision. They also refused to issue a refund, telling us to cancel the order online, but we were unable to do so since it was marked as fulfilled. We reached out directly to the restaurant via email but never received a response. Fortunately, we decided to order from Luna Grill instead, and it was prepared in half the time and tasted twice as good. If you’re ever in doubt, I highly recommend Luna Grill."

I encountered this place somewhat by accident, but I'm glad I did. Some of the best falafel I have eaten, and really good side salad. The store was clean and the service was good.

The restaurant is on the expensive side, but the food was quite good. I ordered the falafel plate, and while the falafels were slightly overcooked, they were still enjoyable. The rice was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5. View menu

Amazing food , first timers we got a family meal amazing service, and cashier was top notch service. Natasha and chef were amazing to us felt like I was home in my own kitchen. Lovely lunch date with my fiancé. I recommend this place if your feeling hungry:D

It was a takeout. The owner attendants we're friendly and courteous. Food quantity was good but not value for money. The ingredients could be fresher. But can recommend the place. First Time I ordered for Lunch and Through Door Dash it was Absolutely Delicious!!!! 2nd Time same thing Lunch and DoorDash and it was soooo Bad!!! The rice was washed out not it?s normal yellow color No flavor.. My Chicken Was At least a Day Old ? Smelled Like Raw Chicken it was so Bad I got the big box Too paid $25 and some change and It sucked !!!!
