"Good afternoon last night I had a reservation book at this restaurant for 10 o'clock. I then change it to 10:15 since I was coming from Fort Lauderdale I also called ahead of time and ask the hostess if I get there before 10:30 will the kitchen still be open she stated yes come on down we will take care of you as stated online there is a 15min grace period . I got to the restaurant at 10:24. I sat at the hostess stand until 1031. A manager finally came to me and stated. Our kitchen closed at 10:30. Explain to the manager above what the hostess told me he then said I was the hostess fault for not communicating not my problem . In additional he then stated I thought that the reservation was not going to make it. I would say for future references. If you know you're going to close your kitchen early call all remaining reservations and find out if he/she is going to be coming in or not, which is the professional thing to do not blame your hostess and take ownership. At the time he stated the kitchen closes 1030 and I stated I've been here before 1030. I was standing up here waiting to be served since 10:24. this manager was definitely lying and I believe that his staff left way before 10:30 fairy bathrooms. Very bad experience. I will never eat here and no longer interested in dining there I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was terrible. I was so excited to come to this restaurant for the first time I would not be driving back here for that type of service there was no solution just a dry I am sorry, which was full of lies because your kitchen staff left before 1030 and your hostess, because I was sitting at the hostess stand since 1024 while everyone is walking around cleaning up not acknowledging my day and myself. Not even a sincere apology or solution to what happened just a dry I am sorry. I was excited to check out this restaurant but it is a bad example of hospitality. Thank you for reading this warm regards."

"Out of the five years I lived off Western Center exit, I never gave MK?s Sushi a try. Yes, I passed it quite a few times but it is tucked behind Racetrac and Smoothie King in the strip mall so I never made the stop. Tonight we decided to double date with our neighbor as a family night! Their kiddos have never eaten sushi rolls, so why not? Parking is a bit limited, thankfully some vehicles had just pulled out so we had some spaces. Once we entered, we were seated immediately. My husband rated this a 3.5, mostly for the great service; however, he said his sesame chicken wasn?t the best. He said it wasn?t hot nor cold, and the flavor wasn?t there for him. He still prefers Wabi Sabi across the street. That being said he didn?t try ANY of the sushi which is the reason I rated much higher. I ordered the crunch roll, Heart Attack, and a California roll for my daughter and I to share. All of which were AMAZING, I stuffed myself which is bad I know. But I didn?t want to stop eating! My daughter was obsessed with the California roll and we ended up ordering a plate to-go. The sushi line took the longest to receive, but everything else we ordered arrived quickly. Here is my advice: if you are looking for sushi, this is your place! If you?re looking for orange chicken or sesame chicken, go to Wabi across the street or even Panda Express down Beach Street(if you?re looking for cheap . I saw BULGOGI on the menu, I would be interested if it tasted good here. Perhaps try that and write a review so I can read it : Great service and great sushi, end of story!"

"I 'd like to begin by sharing that writing reviews, particularly negative ones, is something I rarely do. Being a family with our own business, I tend to extend understanding and empathy towards other small businesses. However, I must express my disappointment with the service I encountered. We arrived promptly at our reserved time of 8 pm but were not seated until 8:30 pm. Understandably, places can get busy, so my family and I patiently waited. Once seated, we were looking forward to our meal together. Regrettably, our waitress approached the table with an attitude that could only be described as one of the worst I 've encountered. Her demeanor was accompanied by a series of sarcastic and snarky comments, which I 'm willing to detail if anyone is interested. Nonetheless, we brushed off the sarcasm and carried on with our evening. We ordered appetizers; the calamari was good, while the seafood salad was a disappointment. I advise against wasting your money on the latter. Our pasta orders were also placed, but they took an excessive 1.5 hours to arrive. Inquiring about the delay, we were told that the kitchen was working diligently and the dishes were nearly ready. However, when the waitress later informed a member of our group that a key ingredient for her dish had run out, it raised questions. It was perplexing since we were just informed that things were nearing completion. The waitress even sarcastically stated that if she could, she would step into the kitchen and cook it herself? This contradictory statement was puzzling, to say the least. The concerned member of our party declined the dish, stating that it was now over 2 hours since we arrived and their hunger had waned. What followed was an unexpected argument between the waitress and our family member. The waitress seemed upset about the change of heart, asking why they no longer wanted to eat, despite the fact that the dish hadn 't even been prepared by that point, well past 10 pm. The pasta dishes eventually arrived, and another family member ordered the far diavolo pasta, the most expensive option on the menu. Sadly, it was a presentation disaster, and the quality of the pasta itself left much to be desired. In my case, the linguini pasta seemed of something from a box. Sensing our dissatisfaction, we were offered complimentary dessert, which was a kind gesture. By this point, however, we simply wanted to head home. We suggested the possibility of complimentary drinks as a fair resolution, but the waitress returned stating that the owner couldn 't comp items that had already been provided. This left us somewhat puzzled about the establishment 's policy. Ultimately, we paid our bill and left. The treatment my family and I received during this visit has left a negative impression that has lingered. I believe this review is necessary to share my honest experience. I sincerely hope that others do not undergo what we did. Unfortunately, I cannot foresee returning to this establishment."
