"Believe it or not, I have been coming to this restaurant for over 35 years and have received a friendly greeting at the door from the same manager every single time. What a legacy of fine service and fantastic Yakitori in Los Angeles. They offer table seating as well as bar seating. It can be fun to watch the food being grilled, if you are ok with not facing your dining companions. All of the Yakitori dishes are great, but I especially recommend the Tsukune (chicken meatballs), Shiso Chicken, Tebasaki (chicken wings), and their specialty Nanban Yaki (top sirloin). The best recommendation is to pay attention to the daily specials. They often have Hamachi Kama (Grilled Yellowtail Collar) and it is amazing. This is a very popular place, so it is best to make a reservation, especially on the weekends."
