"If you're looking for an authentic New York-style pizza experience, look no further than this pizza parlor. From the first bite, it's clear that the ingredients are of the highest quality, and the attention to detail in the preparation is truly impressive. One of the standout features of this pizza parlor is their commitment to sourcing all of their ingredients from New York. This means that every slice of pizza is made with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients possible, from the locally-sourced tomatoes in the sauce to the artisanal cheeses and cured meats. The crust is crispy and flavorful, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce is tangy and full of tomato flavor, while the toppings are generously portioned and perfectly balanced. Whether you're a fan of classic toppings like pepperoni and mushrooms, or more adventurous options like arugula and prosciutto, you're sure to find something to love here.In addition to their delicious pizzas, this pizza parlor also offers a range of other menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and desserts. And of course, no pizza meal is complete without a cold beer or glass of wine to wash it down.Overall, I would highly recommend this pizza parlor to anyone looking for a truly authentic New York-style pizza experience. From the fresh ingredients to the expert preparation, every detail is clearly crafted with care and attention to quality."

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."

"We eat at the Dallas Chop House every year when we attend the Dallas Gift Show. There is one server who makes the evening a special one for us. He was there again, and we enjoyed our evening because of him, but ONLY because of him. We made a reservation and was placed in a makeshift room due to the restaurant being busy. It serves sometimes as a private dining room. I was confused when we were placed in that room but sat down deciding not to complain. I honestly felt as if I had left the Dallas Chop House and entered a Denny 's. Formica tables, with place mats, harsh lighting and the door being closed off to the main restaurant made the meal incredibly uncomfortable based on what we expected (and paid for). To make matters worse, there were four other tables in that little room filled with people who were attending a National Safari convention. They were very proud about killing elephants, zebras, lions and other endangered species, etc. and were sharing their experiences from table to table. One table also brought a baby that cried. Needless to say, our $300 dinner for two was not the experience we were hoping for. Was any of this the restaurants fault? Probably not, other than they should have made us aware of where we were going to sit, and the demographics of the group. We were the only ones NOT wearing some sort of cammo, so it should have been a no brainer to put us in an area of the restaurant that may have been consistent with what your typical diner expects. While we are carnivores, we don 't necessarily appreciate the senseless killing of animals as a trophy. The food this time was just good and the drinks were marginal. Will we be back? Possibly, but the sting of paying a $300 bill for a Denny 's experience is not easily forgotten!"
