"We absolutely would not miss eating at Murray's when we visit NYC. Far and away it has the best cheese in NYC, and so much better than anything we can find in our own city of Chicago. We love to sit at the bar, where we can talk easily with the bartender about what cheese he recommends and what wine might go best. The bar is also the best place for 2 people to talk in this restaurant, which is quite loud. Recently, our server Eduardo did a wonderful job of taking care of us. We ordered an 8-item cheese and meat plate. Cheeses are perfectly cared for, at the height of flavor, and wonderful to eat. Items on the plate are paired with various jams and spices that enhance the flavors. Murray's is casual and fun, always a pleasure. We look forward to returning. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience!"

"Overall we were very disappointed. To start the brunch was not in the Grand Dining Room. It was in an outside area at the back of the resort by the conference area. Our table was very small for 4 people and we were off to the side where you first entered so could not see if hear the entertainment. We did walk by the Grand Dining Room, it was lovely looking but much smaller than the area we were in and there would be no way it would hold everyone that was at the brunch. Food was plentiful however due to the temporary location that hot food was luke warm at best. The biggest surprise though came when we received the bill. We made the reservation on the open table app. The menu and rate was listed when we made the reservation. When we received our bill, it was $160usd more than we expected. Service was friendly and consistently kept our table cleaned and drinks full. We would not return. For approx. $700 Canadian for 4 of us we could had a much better experience elsewhere. We felt mislead we should have been made aware of the change of venue prior to arrival."

"I attend 30 Main for the 1st time last night, as a treat for my birthday. From the moment my party walked in, it was a pleasant experience. We waited about 2 minutes, before a lovely little lady greeted us with a warm smile welcomed us to the restaurant. She gave us the option to have a intimate dinner inside, or enjoy our dinner in the back where they have a Live band seating. She let us know that she's the Mother of the owners, so we were in good hands. She actually took us on a mini walk around the corner of the 30 Main, and it looked beautiful. They had a good crowd for a Friday night. Lovely atmosphere, Tables lighting looked so pretty. My party I decided to have dinner inside. Mom took us back inside the restaurant, and Wished me a Happy Birthday. She let me pick the seating for my party made sure we were taking care of.. Thanks Mom Now The Food.... My Experience 5 Stars Our waitress Mary Ann, so sweet patient. She Knew the menu from top to bottom, and had some good recommendations. For Starters, I was giving a nice plate of Hummus with a unique bread that was toasted just right. I had hummus one time in my life swore I would never eat it again. However last night, the Hummus I received was absolutely DELICIOUS !!!! Did I mention it was on the house, as a sweet gesture for my birthday. I then had a Classic Caesar Salad, fresh Lettuce with the right amount of Parmesan cheese, Croutons dressing. For my main entree I chose the Crab Linguine. It consist of Linguine, corn, grape tomatoes, Crab meat, with a touch of Parmesan cheese. It packed a lot of flavor, the Crab meat, tomatoes, corn blend together very well. Good Portion Tasty !!! After an amazing dinner, I was giving a nice slice of Chocolate Peanut butter Pie with a Lit Candle for my birthday, compliments of 30 Main. 30 Main, you guys are awesome. Thank you for providing me with a great Birthday experience at your establishment I Shall be back soon.. God Bless"

"on request they asked for a table with a view of our 27-year-old dinner. was visited by co. her idea of table with purpose didn't fit me. had to wait past our reserve time and poison got sucking table. should have ordered the limonade because the ultimate margaritas were a pure disappointment. Eating was okay, but taken forever. we could have gone to applebees and better"

"5/5 on the service and atmosphere, and presentation. However the food itself as other reviews here have mentioned is mediocre at best. I ordered the blackberry prawns and hominy and everything on my plate was so over-smoked it was almost like eating straight cigarette smoke. Sad because the dish has so much potential for flavor. My boyfriend ordered the wild king salmon and his salmon was a little undercooked and had hardly any flavor. They should have smoked his and not mine. His cabbage salad was so bitter neither of us could eat it and we both love cabbage and greens. The appetizers weren’t bad, but overpriced as well in my opinion for what you get. The only thing that blew us away was surprisingly the tortilla chips that came with the crab dip. They were really good. We love settings and atmospheres like this restaurant provides, but unfortunately the food just did not measure up."

"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"the waiting staff here is always so friendly and accommodating. eating is really always amazing. three of us had the seafood pasta dish and it is one of the best I had and not an exorbitant price. was here several times last year and literally everything I tried from pizza to salads to the net is absolutely delicious. it is also wonderful to have such a selection of dressed and praised, they don't want to spend a lot when they go to dinner in the neighbourhood, and on the other side, sometimes they want to splurge. wein selection is good and you can even get a bargain carafe. love viale!"

"I don 't normally go for Spanish cuisine but I 'm glad I went here. The Shishito Peppers were piping hot and skillfully charred. I ate all of them down to the stem. My 14 oz NY Strip was the best I 've had in a long time. The outside was caramelized so evenly that I suspect the steak was cut to be as flat a possible which helps the browning process. It didn 't need any extra salt and was juicy throughout. I found out that 'Tyler ' was the chef for that. He knows what he 's doing. This steak eclipsed the excellent one I had a few nights prior at Salt and Char. Service was attentive"

"I used to be a loyal and regular customer at Loue’s. I put an order to work (to eat later to dinner) on the choice dressing on the side clicked, obviously, so that the salat would not be soggy later. dressing came on the salat! I called to tell her and the young lady was very nice, she said I'm going to send you over 2 more salates. about 10 minutes later she called back and said lou, we can not dress on the side! I asked why and reminded her it was an option when ordering. she said he said that the salads are free anyway, so don't worry about it! that is the worst and dumbest answer I have ever received. by the way, nothing is free, I am sure it is included in the price of dinner. I will never order again!"

"Once we were seated, it took a long time for our server to come over. Although we could tell he had many tables to tend to, there were extended periods—over 15 minutes—when we didn't see him at all. When it came time to settle the bill, it was a real hassle. We were told we could only split the check a few ways, which was exactly the opposite of what we needed. It took us nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to pay. We spoke with the supervising manager, who was also busy, and she offered us a mere 5% discount on a bill that exceeded $640, which was quite disappointing. It took another 20 minutes to process our credit cards, and the whole situation felt uncomfortable for everyone involved. This was a birthday dinner for my friend, and she ended up having to address the issues with the manager since the actual manager seemed to have vanished and was unavailable to help us resolve anything. To top it all off, the two steaks we ordered were lacking in flavor and not enjoyable at all. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant."

"Making a reservation here doesn’t mean much which is why I can’t give them 5 stars. We had a reservation at 12:45 on a Sunday and waited 30 minutes for a table. I do believe they were short wait or kitchen staff because they had a lot of people waiting with multiple empty seats. The prices for the most part are reasonable. $9 up charge for 3 shrimp was a little outrageous. Overall though we ordered the calamari, carbonara, salmon piccata and stuffed gnocchi. Would recommend all the dishes they were great. The inside of the restaurant is super cut with a lower and upper level. They also have an outdoor courtyard. Would come back again for brunch, lunch or dinner (would make for a great date night! ."

"We came here last night to celebrate my birthday. When my husband made the reservation he also mentioned that. When we were seated, the gentleman who was filling water came over right away. To be honest, the guys coming around filling water glasses and bringing the bread were the best part of our experience. They were kind, courteous and friendly. When our server got to our table, that was a different story. Our server did not so much as give a greeting or anything. He came up to the table and just said What are you drinking? And that was it. No greeting, no introducing himself. I have no idea what his name even was. Once we got our drinks he just ask, what are you having? We had to ask what the specials were that evening, it was not something that we would have been told unless we asked. I had the lobster bisque, which was just ok. I also had a piece of lobster shell in my soup which wasn 't pleasant. There was very little lobster in the bowl. It certainly wasn 't worth $14. My husband and I both had the filet porcini. The filet was good, the sauce was ok didn 't taste like a 'fine dining ' type of dish. We both had the pasta with garlic and oil for the side. The garlic tasted like it was raw it was so strong. Throughout the meal I felt like our table was a bother to our server because we weren 't one of his regular tables. He was chit chatting with his other tables, but barely spoke with us at all. When it came to dessert, my husband mentioned that it was my birthday. I said I was too full to have anything there, but I asked for a piece of tirimisu to go. He then asked if I 'd like complimentary gelato for my birthday. I got amaretto and my husband got chocolate. The amaretto gelato was fantastic! I was sad I was so full and could only have a few bites. The gelato was my favorite part of my meal. My photos I 've attached were of the tirimisu. It was an extremely small piece for it being $9. It was good, but way over priced. My husband and I had dined at Roberto 's a few years ago for my husband 's birthday and we had a fantastic experience. We had high hopes to celebrate my birthday, but ended up having such a disappointing night. Everything was overpriced and the service was subpar, and the food was nothing special. After this experience, I doubt we will take the gamble on spending that much money to possibly have another bad experience."

"Our drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive after we ordered, and we had to ask for bread while waiting for our entrees. One member of our group requested to substitute mashed potatoes for the advertised mashed sweet potatoes with their entrée, but unfortunately, the substitution was not made when the meal arrived, which was disappointing. It would be beneficial for the chef and wait staff to double-check orders before serving. After we selected our desserts, it took another 10 minutes for them to arrive, followed by an additional 10 minutes for our coffee to come out. Considering that both desserts and coffee were pre-made items, this wait felt unnecessarily long."

I will definitely come back and visit again.I would have given this whole experience that 5th star but they charged full soda price for waters that were definitely straight from the treatment plant. Old 70’s mobile home taste to the water once the ice melted.Other than charging for the waters, it was delicious."

"We have been here many times before The portion sizes have drastically changed Spaghetti with clam sauce is a white creamy sauce with only frozen whole clams. There is a lot of clams, but very little meat lots of empty shells the veal piccata also had a very creamy sauce, the small order of spaghetti that came with it had that same creamy sauce all over it Horrible presentation of the veal hardly pan seared very white looking Also an Italian restaurant that doesn’t offer bread with your meal For an appetizer which was actually happy hour on a Saturday we ordered the fried calamari and the server charged us to $14 price instead of the happy hour price and barely had any calamari on it with a lot of garlic and Calabria chilies Will think twice before coming back again"
