"I visited this restaurant at 10:30 PM for a burger and placed my order. After waiting until 11:05 PM, I turned my headlights on to get the attention of one of the servers. I noticed them bustling around with numerous cars coming and going, but my food had still not arrived. By 11:15 PM, I honked my horn to try and catch someone's attention, as waiting 45 minutes for fast food seemed excessive. A young man finally approached and asked if I was still waiting for my food. I confirmed that I was, and he informed me it didn’t appear on the board anymore and that it didn’t look like it was coming at all. I was baffled by this situation. He apologized, and I was left wondering what went wrong since I hadn't requested anything too complicated."
