"we have died here at least 8 times in the last 3 years. always excellent, service, eating and atmosphere. unfortunately they fell this time the ball. the service was very slow. no brot was made for 45 minutes because they waited for fresh bread to bake. When it arrived, it was not completely boiled. very doughy dinner lasted about 1 hour after the order arrive. there was no reason to work slowly. Eating came and was the greatest part good. the pizza was boiled and teigy. the pasta that accompanied the huh parmesan was cold. 3 times with the manager. he finally arrived with a huge piece of cake on a dish. I talked to him about my thinking and he immediately said, "I will compose the whole evening meal," he just went away. the server came around a minute later and said: "Tent dinner is with a nice evening " and went away. funny I just tried to offer my criticism at a restaurant that I enjoy very much. I didn't look for free dinner. by manager and server very bad and unprofessional handed over. Perhaps they need to remember that customers who are complaining or offering criticism really want to come back and want their business to be successful."

"In June 2020, my partner and I found ourselves in need of a meal one evening. We decided to try a new restaurant or support a local family-owned establishment. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service over the phone from Laurie. We placed an order for the beef brisket dinner with fries and macaroni and cheese. To our delight, the food arrived in just 25 minutes, much quicker than the estimated 45 minutes. This speedy delivery was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry. We were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the exceptional service from the person who delivered our meal, who we believe was named Dawn. Good luck to the restaurant!"

"In Albany, and decided to try Ruby City. Little did we know that not only great food awaited but the charm and hospitality of Yuki as well. "So, in order to understand my review, you have to understand my family. For my wife, her body is a temple and, if she had her way, she would only eat plants that grew in the shade with peer counselors on standby 24/7. As for myself, I am the opposite. This generally means I am at home with pub fare and the like. One child is living proof that the human body can live on nothing but noodles. Seriously, the kid should change his name to Bertoli.... As for the other one, he is a French Fry Eating Machine. Think Joey Chestnut, but 50 pounds in weight. Anyway, on the actual review. Simply put, Llywelyn's is FANTASTIC! I couldn't name another place in town that could make the entire family happy. My Reuben was crazy amazing. Served perfectly, just the way would imagine. No nasty sauerkraut or soggy bread. Just perfect. And my wife absolutely loved her salad. For a vegetarian who only eats the finest of vegetables, this sure hit the spot. And, Captain Noodles gave the kids Mac and Cheese two thumbs up. And this is a kid who complains about everything. So, that is huge. And Mr. French Fried was equally happy. If it weren't for the Department of Family Services having issues with kids parties being hosted by a bar, I would be all for it. As for the service, our server was Brad J and he is simply amazing. He had the patience to deal with small (indecisive and somewhat messy) kids, and did it with a smile. He was extremely nice and and cheerful and, if Management is reading this, please give him reserved parking, a private jet, or something in between. Yes, he is that good! The decor was pretty cool as well. It reminded me of sitting in a traditional Irish pub somewhere in Europe. Very very cool! And, of course, we will most certainly be back!"

"Our first visit to Akio and we will definitely be going back! The Create Your Own Poke bowl is fabulous. The seafood was fresh. There were four of us and we all raved about our meals (from sushi to sashimi to poke bowls). We also had the Ahi tuna it was okay. The tuna in my poke bowl was better quality."

"This place is extremely popular among all age groups. When we visited on Friday night, it was nearly full, but we were lucky enough to secure seats. The ambiance is fantastic, with dim lighting and a sports screen atmosphere. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers. The blue martini was delicious, but the other drink didn't taste great. When we provided feedback, they promptly removed it from the bill. The spicy edamame was excellent. For dinner, we chose the veg burger and Thai pork chop, both of which were tasty. The sides included sweet potato fries drizzled with maple syrup, a unique combination that surprised us. The service was exceptional. Our server listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and helped us decide what to order. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area."

"Got General Tsao chicken, it was pretty good but no one can make General Tsao chicken like Peking Tokyo which went out of business a long time ago. They set the bar quite high Ive never had anything like it since. The place is small no dininginside. The people were super sweet wait time was reasonable. Portions were more than enough. "Ended up at Tiffany's for brunch recently with my husband. Even though it was lunchtime we both wanted breakfast. I must say the food was much better since the last time we'd been, which was before COVID! The scrapple was cooked to perfection and everything was pretty tasty. I must admit, what I didn't care for was what appeared to be either some type of whipped butter or probably margarine not exactly sure which one, but it wouldn't even melt, I guess mainly because my Belgian waffles weren't really hot, in fact barely warm, I would have preferred hot waffles with real AAA butter!!! Also did wait a little long for someone to finally come to take our order too, buttt she was very apologetic and turned out to be very nice and attentive with her service! So we did tip her nicely! It was crowded and parking wasn't great, but I'd go again and just ask more questions up front about things like real butter ?"

"Yardhouse in South Beach Miami was absolutely fantastic! We had a reservation for 2 tables of 6 on Valentine's Day and they were able to sit all 12 of us together. The manager was very kind and gave the ladies in our group single roses. Our drinks and food was delicious and not overcooked or overpriced. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for a nice meal out in a cool vibe with affordable food."

"We found broken glass in our food at this restaurant. Although the server was great, the manager did not accommodate us when we brought the issue to their attention. One of the tacos (carne asada) had a piece of glass in it, almost causing harm to my wife's tooth. The manager made excuses and claimed there was no glass in the kitchen, refusing to compensate for the incident. We provided our information and were told that an insurance claim would be filed. Despite this, the bill was not waived. After contacting the store manager, they eventually resolved the issue but the handling of the situation was unprofessional. We were disappointed with how we were treated and felt as though we were being blamed for the incident."

"Went for a fun happy hour. Poke Nachos are soooooooo good; I want more! We liked the pizzas too. I will skip the fried cheese curds in the future, as they were quite greasy with other good options based on this dine and my prior experience. Our group decided to share the bread pudding for dessert, but it was a fail. Despite a couple items that were not the big hits, we loved others and there are so many menu options to please a large crowd. We’ll definitely be back. Big tables to accommodate friends."

"This place was suggested by a friend and now I consider him to owe me money for this horrible experience. The food was horrible. The dining areas were very dirty. The salad bar was is the danger zone of 42 degrees. The carver kept disappearing to go smoke. My stuffed haddock entree was only slightly warm and mushy and tasted frozen. My wife's burger was overcooked and had burn marks on the bottom of the patty. The other 6 people we had all had the seafood buffet. And none of them enjoyed the experience either. No selection. Everything covered in gravy or some type of sauce. We have been to many seafood buffets and at 33.00 bucks a head I would expect more than 15 seafood items. Myrtle Beach has captain george's at 28.99 and has over 200 items. All.seafood. not covered in gravy. Don't waste you're time or money for this place. If you want a view.. Drive to the top of a mountain and carry a snack.. the view here is not worth the cost of frozen.. farm raised..mushy food.."

I ordered the chimichurri steak tacos and they were scrumptious. My partner ordered the brisket stuffed sweet potato and he loved it. The food was an explosion of flavors and textures on your palate. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. What a wonderful Birthday lunch experience"
