"We ordered delivery for dumplings and scallion pancakes and they gave us two scallion sauces and none for the dumplings.Honest mistake totally mishandled. I called back and got pure attitude from the employee telling me I was wrong. After several minutes of arguing they said they’d bring it. It’s been over 45 minutes. We are now calling back the second time for a refund because the food is cold and we were yelled at and blamed and refused a refund. Sad to lose a good customer over sauce! Horrible customer service!!"

TERRIBLE. They serve old food. Got chicken and broccoli. The broccoli was soft and soggy and chicken was dry. I feel like it was a week old as they save everything including Sauces. I asked the lady to give me 5-6 hot sauces and she argued with me over the extra hot sauces and only gave me 3.

Dumplings came with no sauce. Called to notify sauce was missing. Was told they would send it out right away. 45 minutes later no sauce. I call again, cashier tells me it’s my fault!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE SEEN A WHILE and that’s even by New York standards. There are a million places better than this place within a mile radius. Do yourself a favor and choose one of them.
