"So to start off, this was our first time trying out this shop. We came around 1:00PM on a Saturday, there were no customers, it was slow, not busy, and empty. The customer service was mediocre at best, poor at worst. I asked the cashier for recommendations for drinks and was given a poor attitude while also being nonspecific nor helpful navigating or suggesting anything on their menu. I was also charged twice for a drink that I only wanted one quantity of, the cashier never confirmed my order back to me to avoid any transactional mistakes, granted I should have double-checked the receipt. Four drinks costed a total of 26.30 depending, each costed 6.05-6.25 for an average sized cup which is overpriced given the quality of the drinks. Pearl Pudding Milk Tea (Standard Sugar): 5/10 I believe this is just a regular black milk tea (unsure), it tastes like what you'd expect of a milk tea if you've ever had one. The boba didn't have much flavor, but was chewy. The pudding was fine, and the sugar wasn't too sweet nor too light. Fresh Lime Bomb: (3/10) The drink had no resemblance to the picture shown on the menu or in the shop. It's essentially a slushy, but the texture of the slushy was all ice. It's very watered down, and all we got in our drink was a cup of ice crystals with a light flavor of lime. Agar Melon Drink: (2/10) The drink was overly sweet, tasted very artificial, did not taste like an agar melon. Flavor was bland in comparison to the sugar. Overall, we won't be coming back here again."
