"This restaurant has definitely changed since its previous ownership. I recently ordered shrimp fried rice, but unfortunately, the shrimp and vegetables were undercooked, and the rice tasted old. When I took my order back, the staff member informed me that they keep the shrimp in the fridge overnight and then cook it twice, which left me surprised. She insisted that they always cook it well done, so I asked, “Why not prepare a fresh order instead?” Instead of making a new dish, she said they would just cook it longer. I decided not to argue and let them handle it, but it was disappointing to say the least."
