"Our previous visit to this restaurant was fairly good, but this time we were quite disappointed. It took an unusually long time to receive our first round of drinks, and we found ourselves waiting far longer than necessary. Unfortunately, things only worsened from there. We both ordered the braised ribs, but they were cold in the center, as if they had been pre-cooked, frozen, and inadequately thawed before serving. We had to send them back and place a new order. By that point, our appetites had diminished significantly, so we opted for the charcuterie board instead. Sadly, that was a letdown as well. It was puzzling to find pickles, olives, and strawberries all mixed together in a single mound—quite unappetizing. The bread was greasy, and the cheese was a crumbled mess. On a positive note, their fries were delicious. One more issue we encountered was the lighting on their outdoor patio—there's a section illuminated by excessively bright office-like fluorescent lights, which felt like spotlights shining down on the tables. We ended up switching tables because it was so glaring! Changes need to be made, or I can't see this place lasting much longer."
