"1. The prices are not on display. (0/10)2. Stated there were no refunds/exchanges, but got my order wrong. I do not like seasoning on my fries which I told the cashier. She put it on the receipt for the kitchen they made it wrong. They argued with me stated that I said “no salt” on fries said they didn’t put salt on there when CLEARLY my fries were heavily dusted with seasoning salt, so I provided visual proof. I showed my receipt as well where it stated NO SALT and the dude still said “we cannot remake it.” WHY? You messed up my order. That is not my fault after I already stated what I wanted at the register and you put it on the receipt. You CANNOT state you don’t do exchanges/refunds if you are being CARELESS with the orders! My friend’s meal was also wrong! After arguing for a minute they finally remade my fries. (0/10)3. The wings are small the honey lemon pepper wings lacked honey (3/10)4. The smoothies are good (10/10)5. The food is decent (4/10) but I won’t be back after that terrible interaction.Parking: You can park on the street"

"I came here from out of town. Ordered a shrimp and broccoli combo with 4 wings. Paid about $17. Went home started to eat my food. Saw something kinda small thinking it was a piece of shrimp I put it in my mouth. Instantly my body felt weird the suspected shrimp felt weird on my tongue so I spit it out. Man I looked at it saw some MF EYES!!! It was a ROACH!!!! I sat there in disgust contemplating my whole life. Immediately called back explained to him what happened he said ok come back I’ll give you a refund I came back he waited until all the other customers left to say let me see the food I gave him the food. He immediately seemed to know where the roach was told me it was broccoli soft and covered in sauce… I said that’s not broccoli he said yes it is went to smush the roach with his fingers then acted like he ate it but I seen him throw it on the side of his mouth to the floor he said see I ate it! I said no you didn’t it’s right here on the floor I’d like my money back he said are you keeping the wings I said no thank you then he gives me back $16 and some change not even full amount I paid"

"After being a customer here for 20 years, I have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. However, my recent experience with a particular staff member has left a sour taste in my mouth. My wife and I came with our 4-year-old son, but my wife had already eaten and didn't want anything. When she went up to help our son with his meal, the staff member accused her of trying to steal. We tried to explain that we were just feeding our son, but she was dismissive and rude. She proceeded to watch us the entire time we dined and even made a snarky comment when I went to get my son some ice at the end of the meal. It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when there is a stolen grocery basket displayed in the dining room that the staff member uses as a joke."

"We recently moved to town from New York, and to celebrate my birthday weekend, my partner and I decided to treat ourselves to some hibachi. After finding fantastic reviews for Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse, along with rave recommendations from my coworkers, we were eager to give it a try. Since it was just the two of us, we arrived without a reservation. The young lady at the front was incredibly kind and informed us that there would be about a 20-minute wait, which we expected given the busy atmosphere. Most arriving guests were in larger parties of six to eight. After waiting about 25 minutes, we were a bit disappointed when another party of seven was seated at our table shortly after us. However, the experience quickly turned around! The chef was fantastic, and our tablemates even sang "Happy Birthday" to me, surprising me with complimentary ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. I ordered the emperor's dish while my partner chose chicken and scallops, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and I can’t wait to return. What I love most about Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse is the restaurant's setup, which accommodates larger groups. You can have up to 16 to 20 people at a table thanks to the connected seating, making it perfect for family gatherings or celebrations. Thank you for the wonderful experience; we look forward to bringing the whole family next time!"

"a friend made the recommendation to try this restaurant. it is first and last. driver who delivered food was unprofessional. he called me and screamed me over the phone by stating that he was here with my command. then my man sat on a piece of asphalt that was in his food. he almost broke his tooth. the food is in order. will not be a return customer."

"Despite the negative reviews, I didn't think this place was bad. This is the nearest Chinese take out by the flat so I often come here to order and pick up food to get a break from the kitchen. My go-to dishes are orange chicken, beef and broccoli, egg drop soup, pork fried rice, cream cheese rangoons. I like them all and the portions are fair. It is what to be expected in a chinese take out and still feel fulfilled. Service is efficient and find myself waiting for 10 minutes for all that food (usually). The cashier is nice and I like that I can see their kitchen. So far no errors yet (like finding hair) on the numerous times I've been here. Thank you for being open during COVID-19 as well."

"We chose to sit outside, only to discover that smoking was allowed in that area. With two children in tow, we opted not to dine outdoors. I approached the hostess, who directed us to a table. After waiting for 15 minutes without even a greeting, a new party was seated right in front of us. Finally, a waitress arrived to take drink orders, but when we inquired about our service, she informed us that she wasn’t our server and walked away. The table was dirty, and ultimately, we decided to leave. It was disappointing to see the waitress, who hadn’t attended to us, standing nearby engrossed in her personal phone. I cannot recommend this place! We ended up going to Mellow Mushroom across the street, where we were immediately seated. We will not be returning."

"This restaurant has old charm with new management in place. Fans of the restaurant need not worry as the chef and wait staff have been kept on, ensuring that your favorite dishes are still available. Upon our arrival as a party of three, we were greeted by the new owners, Iris and Alex, who were warm and welcoming. They guided us through the menu and provided suggestions. We enjoyed crispy crab puffs, potstickers, two different soups, sautéed green beans with chicken and black bean sauce, homestyle tofu, broccoli with oyster sauce, and deep-fried salmon and cod fish. The meal was plentiful and delicious, with leftovers to take home. The dishes were fresh and flavorful. This restaurant is a must-visit if you are in the area, with convenient street and back lot parking, a full bar, a gaming room, and a banquet room for events. The service and food receive top marks. On a recent return visit, the restaurant maintained its great ambiance, good food, and friendly greetings."

"Absolutely horrible customer service, my roommate and I ordered two separate orders from there. She ordered hers from DoorDash and DoorDash brought her the wrong order. The great wok delivery driver was supposed to bring my order but ended up bringinghers by coincidence. My roommate ended up getting her food but I did not get my order. I called them and the owner was extremelyrude and accused my roommate of stealing my food when my food never arrived to my place. This could have been solved easily ifhe just said they would send another order over but now I did not get my food nor a refund."

"I haven't been here in a minute since there are so many other bubble tea shops on Buford Highway. Quickly is definitely one of the OG spots before all the other spots started popping up. My go to here is typically a bubble tea of some sort and their Taiwanese chicken nuggets. This time around, I ordered the winter melon tea with light ice and grass jelly and lychee jelly. It's the right amount of sweetness for me and a good amount of toppings. Their chicken nuggets never fail as it's consistently good. Always fried to perfection, crispy and salty with a good amount of spice (I get mild but can get it hotter). If you're looking for aesthetically pleasing area, this is not it, but they have always been consistent."

"I wanted to check out a new restaurant, having been a red wine enthusiast for years. I ordered a glass of house Cabernet, and the server poured about three-quarters of a glass, finishing off one bottle before opening a new one. When I tasted it, it was flat, so I kindly requested a new glass from the freshly opened bottle. She replied, "It shouldn’t be flat; it’s less than a week old, and we sell a lot of Cabernet," and then simply stared at me and asked, "Anything else?" I ended up paying for the flat glass of wine that I didn’t even drink and decided to leave. Her attitude was very indifferent. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing."
