"I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Two food runners, particularly Mariah and Alyssa, were quite rude. We never received any drink refills, and the food did not meet our expectations. On top of that, we waited over 15 minutes for our check. When we inquired about the manager, we discovered he was sitting at a nearby table while we were being neglected. Even after the manager addressed the server about our situation, she continued to approach us, insisting that she didn't provide bad service. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Places like Mellow Mushroom, V Pizza, or the Loop would offer much better service and food for your money."

This place was the only non-fast-food place we could find to feed us. I can't have gluten and they had several options. We for there before closing l, but after theys closed the dining area. They still accommodated us with our 4 year old. Top staff!!

Usually my wife and I have a good experience here, but this time we decided to eat something else than a host prepared the stand for us to another couple that just went in the door. Short story long, a host told us that they would prepare a stand for us. He told us to sit at the fish tank on the bench while he prepared the stand. As he waits at the bank, a hostest came to greetings when a couple went in. She left our booth. We'll find another place.

Left hungry. Not impressed with this place. Third time here in 3 years. I thought I would give it yet another try. I was disappointed with my food, it?s like I got a child?s plate portion. It was the lunch special. The fries weren?t good either. Sorta limp and not hot. I wonder if dinner is better. My husband got the lunch slice pizza. I tasted it, wasn?t very good, just okay, but at least it was big slices, filled him up. Our waitress was very nice.
