"Sunset is my favorite pizzeria on Staten Island, and genuinely my favorite pizzeria that I've ever been to. Their pizzas are always hot, fresh, and delicious. Their garlic knots are perfectly doughy, cooked, and covered in garlic in the best way. I rave about their Italian Wedding soup to anyone who will listen to me. My family has been going here since before I was born and I have been eating their pizza since I could first chew. I am a NY pizza snob who thinks extremely highly of this place. I know there are a lot of supposedly amazing pizza places on the Island but I have tried them all and Sunset is my favorite every single time. Their crust is so fluffy and cooked perfectly and their sauce is delicious. Everyone who works there is exceedingly kind and makes it a pleasure to go in and order. Hot Tip: Their sausage pizza is out of this world. Definitely stop by if you live near here or honestly, make the trip to get some pizza you won't regret it!"

"I just moved here from NY and I was a little homesick for good pizza. This pizza exceeds al expectations. It was excellent. My boyfriend who has lived in Bergen County his whole life said that this was hands down the best pizza he?s had here. The salad was great, the chicken was perfect. But most importantly, the customer service was top of the line. The woman on the phone was a sweetheart and so welcoming and friendly when we came to pick up. Prices are decent, too. 10/10 would recommend and we?ll absolutely be coming back frequently since it?s just around the corner."

"This was my first time ordering during the COVID pandemic and I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the diverse menu options. I tried the vodka chicken sandwich, which was generously sized and absolutely delicious. The chicken gyro was also a hit, with freshly made Tzaziki sauce and perfectly cooked pommes. The only tiny letdown was the cheese sauce, which didn't taste quite like real cheese, but it didn't ruin the experience for me. I am excited to return and try their Tostone and Tacos next time."

"We had a wonderful dining experience! The food was fantastic, especially the subs, though I wish there had been a bit more cheese. "What a sad experience we will never be back! We came in as we usually do for drinks and appetizers at 7:45pm. In the middle of eating we were asked if we would want anything else because the kitchen was closing but the bar would stay open.(we were sitting in the bar area) halfway through our drinks at 8:15 pm we were told the manager decided to close the bar down. (The hours state they are open till 11pm but apparently business was too slow) music was turned off lights were dimmed and we felt so awkward. Basically a hurry up and get the hell out of here. Left and went to Varsity next door for drinks. This may be why business is slow. Making paying customers who want to be there to feel uncomfortable and shoved out the door. We will never bother with this place again!"

"A few years ago, Genova opened in the Medford area, and we chose it on a whim due to its proximity to our home. The pizza was so delicious that we now order from Genova whenever we have guests, and they always rave about how tasty it is. Their personalized specialty pizzas are truly incredible. Last weekend, I decided to host a gathering with food from Genova because they've never disappointed us. The food was fantastic, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. "Food was ok but nothing special. My husband ordered the Veal Parmigiana and a salad. Veal was tough and not really hot. I had the lasagna, it was ok but nothing to write home about. We asked the server about the veal and hoping he would warm it up but offered nothing. Salad and garlic bread was good. Drinks were ok but watered down. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant so now we know why. Don't believe the hype it's not worth it. We have visited Galena many times and this is not the place to go."

"Hi Casella! I’ve been a regular customer, but I was quite disappointed with my recent order. I waited over 60 minutes for my sandwich, and when I called, it didn’t seem to be a big concern. I ordered an Italian chicken sandwich, but what I received was a huge bread roll with very little filling—just two small pieces of chicken and a few potatoes, and I didn’t even get the sausage I requested. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait at all!"

"I am writing this review about my catering order that we all enjoyed on Sunday, December 26. I ordered the 5-tablet package for $199, which serves 10 to 12 people. I chose penne with vodka sauce, chicken Murphy, sausage and peppers, roasted potatoes, and an antipasto salad. They also included a bag of fresh bread. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were more than enough for our family of 10. We couldn’t get enough of the food; each dish was incredibly tasty! I would definitely order from Attilio in Toms River again. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the food was ready exactly when I requested it. Great job, Attilios! "We ordered the Veal with Alfredo Sauce, which was delicious and generously coated in sauce, and the Involtini in Alfredo Sauce. Unfortunately, the pasta was overcooked, though the sauce was still good. We also tried the Breaded Chicken Breast with broccoli rabe and provolone stuffed into quality pizza bread. The chicken was slightly overcooked, making it a bit dry, but it had a nice flavor. The broccoli rabe paired well with the provolone, which helped keep the chicken moist. I had requested marinara sauce to accompany the chicken, but it lacked depth of flavor, tasting as if it had been prepared just 15 minutes prior without any herbs. However, I did enjoy a great cappuccino. Overall, I'm not sure if we'll give it another try for a third visit."

"I usually hesitate to give one-star reviews, but I feel I need to in this case. I ordered $43 worth of food, which included only four items, and while I tipped $12 for the quick delivery, the food itself was simply awful. I got a chicken cheesesteak, a regular cheesesteak, and a hot roast beef sandwich. Unfortunately, all of it was mostly bread with very little filling. The chicken wasn't terrible, but the cheesesteak was particularly disappointing. I definitely won't be ordering from here again."

"I have to admit that my wife and daughter really enjoy their gluten-free options. Their regular pizzas might be decent, but the slices are overcooked and practically inedible due to the crust. I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to cook individual slices correctly. As for the service, the staff consists mainly of rude, disrespectful, and immature high school students. While I appreciate the importance of giving them job opportunities, there needs to be a minimum standard of respect and maturity. Unfortunately, some of the kids at the front counter can be quite unpleasant."

"I have had three parties here, my bridal shower, baby shower now my daughters baptism reception. The food is absolutely delicious! My family always talk about the potato croquettes. The waitstaff was awesome and always came around to make sure if you needed anything. Annie went above beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She made sure my guests were comfortable and their bellies were full ! And a special shoutout to Alyssa who we had today. Alyssa was so pleasant helpful, she made everything go so much smoother for me! "Garlic knots were not great, very dry and I think there was just garlic powder on them no actual garlic. Buffalo chicken pizza also with weird soggy breaded chicken on it. The calzone was fine but also strange in that it was more like a folded over pizza;like someone put a massive amount of toppings on a pizza then just folded that baby in half and called it a calzone. I mean itwas tasty enough but…strange... maybe it just ripped open in the oven???? They definitely march to the beat of their own drumhere but some people I know swear by it so I guess give it a try if you want…just go somewhere else for garlic knots."

"We have heard about this place my sister and brother-in-law and mother always stop here. We were a little disappointed when we ordered the fried chicken and found out they were out of it. They said they hadn't had any in 2 weeks. So I ordered the turkey club and french fries and a small cup of their chili. The chili was good and the club sandwich was good bacon was crisp and you could tell that the tomato was fresh on sourdough I was very happy. My wife had the hamburger and salad with thousand Island we both had iced tea. Everything was good service was great lady was very nice. restaurant was nice and clean there is even a bar in the back a deli and a small place where you can buy ice cream plus a gift shop. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner here. I would definitely recommend this place if you're traveling by."
