"I had high hopes for this place especially because they have high ratings. However, after trying it, I couldn't understand where all the good ratings were coming from, so I felt compelled to give my honest opinion. Now I've been eating Asian food practically my whole life and I must say this restaurants food, for me, was by far the worse I ever had. The rice smelled like pickled feet. The General Tso's was more like General Soy Sauce, as in the sauce was not sweet and spicy like you expect your average General Tso's to be. It was bland and tasted exactly like low sodium Soy Sauce. On the menu, they have a little chili pepper next to the General Tso's describing it as spicy. Well, it wasn't...Like at all. False advertising. Thankfully, its been three hours since I tried the food and I'm not sick. Hopefully I don't get sick because I have no idea why that rice smelled so bad. Praying I wasn't given rotting food. We paid a little over $40 bucks for our dinner. Needless to say, it was a waste of money and we weren't impressed nor satisfied with our purchase. Anyway, not going there again, thank you and good luck to future customers because apparently, according to these ratings, its hit or miss."

"This is definitely one of the better Chinese dining experiences I've had in the North Shore area. It's a brand new place and could use a few adjustments. The pan-fried dumplings were a bit doughy, but the pork filling was tender and full of flavor. The crispy beef was fantastic. The General Tso's chicken was good, although it might have been improved if the chicken had been sliced into thinner pieces. Overall, I’m likely to return soon."

"I am completely appalled and infuriated by my recent experience at Ruka Asian Fusion Sushi Lounge, a choice I now regret entirely and vow never to repeat. We ordered General Tso's Chicken and Sesame Chicken, hoping for at least a decent version of these classic dishes. Instead, what we received was a culinary disaster. The dishes were alarmingly lacking in authentic flavor, turning what should have been a savory meal into a bland and tasteless disappointment. The texture was shockingly soggy, something that has no place in a respectable kitchen. With a mix of anger and disgust, I strongly advise you to avoid Ruka Asian Fusion Sushi Lounge. This experience was not just disappointing; it was a blatant insult to anyone who values quality food."

"Horrible service. Broccoli and rice was watery, and the salmon smelt very weird. I spent 50 and was very disappointed in the service and the food. I asked just for a shrimp remake and they wanted me to spend $20 on a shrimp meal. Horrible service! I definitely won't return! Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I have visited this restaurant with my family several times and the service is always friendly and quite quick, even on busy evenings such as Saturday night or Sunday lunch. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The rolls at this mid-tier sushi spot are great, with fresh fish and good proportions (I dislike when rolls are mostly rice with little fish). On our first visit, the rice and fish were too warm, causing the rolls to fall apart before we could even dip them in soy sauce. However, we decided to give it another try and have not encountered that issue since. I have not tried any sashimi, so I cannot comment on the quality of all the fish, but I have tried a variety of rolls including salmon, tuna, super white tuna, spicy salmon, and eel, all of which were very good. I appreciate that they offer pick 2 or pick 3 combos, which are a great deal."

"We ordered a large amount of food for our daughter's birthday through their website. It was a busy Saturday evening, so it took longer than expected. However, when they brought out our order, they apologized and gave us an extra item, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious as usual. The only minor issue was deciding on the spiciness level, as it was unclear if 1 or 5 was hotter. We chose 2 and found it to be plenty spicy, which we enjoyed. We highly recommend Dragon's Pond. One tip for those picking up food is to be aware that there are many restaurants with outdoor dining on Lotus, which may limit parking. You may need to park in the garage across the street, which was free as of 11/15/2020. Enjoy!"

"We went to the PF Chang's in Irvine Spectrum, early afternoon, for a family member's birthday. They offered us a choice between sitting inside, or outside on a covered patio. We sat outside on the patio, where less than half the tables were occupied. Sitting on the patio is recommended to watch people walking around the mall. Our server was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We ordered the Kung Pho Shrimp, Singapore Street Noodles, Vegetable Lettuce Wraps, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. The food arrived in less than 20 minutes, and everything tasted delicious! Portions were more than adequate for the four of us. A tasty dessert item was provided as part of the birthday. Prices are reasonable when you consider the high quality food and service. We would definitely go to this PF Chang's again!"

"Very disappointed with the customer service I was given by one of the ladies who works there . She was very rude and disrespectful to me . There was a miscommunication on there end regarding something I had ordered . I never said anything to them except told them I they gave me something else than what I ordered. The lady came to me and confronted me and accusing me of something I didn’t say . It’s on their end they had a miscommunication. I am really disappointed at the way I was treated so disrespectfully. I really liked their food but very sad and disappointed on how I was treated . She should be trained on how to talk to a customer and how to treat a paying customer."

"Really good, I got it delivered and the service/delivery man was very sweet! The food was nice and hot. I got the general Tso chicken, and it was crispy and flavorful. I got egg drop soup too and it was excellent, and I got a spring roll it was alright, very crispy though : . The crab cheese wonton though was really good and I enjoyed that so much! I would definitely go here again and try more dishes. Also I got a good amount, very generous!"

"Fantastic food and service! The staff was attentive and courteous. I had the spicy honey chicken, while my partner chose the shrimp lunch dish. The prices are quite reasonable, with many lunch specials available for under $10. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!"

"Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease, and I'm very sensitive to any trace of wheat and I can attest that this stores gluten-free menu is really gluten free, is also 100% delicious. Considering that I've eaten gluten for over 20 years and I know what gluten should taste like their gluten, free food is just as delicious, maybe even better, a little bit more expensive, but it is totally worth it and gluten-free. So if you have a intolerance to gluten or have celiac disease, this place is the place to come and all the other food is delicious. They have the best Chinese food. Kid-friendliness: They do have some cheaper items such as hamburgers, hot dogs or French fries, for kids and your kids can enjoy the adult food too, its delicious!"

"I frequently take charge of the menu when we dine there, as the portions are impressively large, and my family always ends up with leftovers. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and I highly recommend their house salad with peanut dressing—it's a must-have for me! My kids are big fans of the orange chicken, and they always request it to be mild. When we order shrimp on our dishes, the shrimp is always perfectly sized. We keep coming back because the quality of the food truly speaks for itself."

"Gone there a few times now and the food is always delicious and hot. I love spicy food and they always air it jut enough spicy for me to enjoy. I always get the pad thai and spring rolls and you can't go wrong with either one of those. The staff there was nice but don't really pay attention to you. We had to keep waiting to ask for our check when we were done because the staff members were too busy socializing with each other right next to our table rattan than just looking at us for a second so we can tell them we were ready to leave. It is a little dark inside but plenty of seating space."

"I suggested to my family to eat there this evening remembering that I always had a great meal every time I ate at a location in D.C. We waited 30 minutes to be seated, we ordered drinks (non-alcoholic) Pomegranate Lemonade and my children ordered plain lemonade and Mr. Pibb. Our two Pomegranate drinks took over 10 minutes, our appetizers came, and were good. From there it was a nightmare our food took over 45 minutes. Our steaks were supposed to be medium rare and came out well done, my wife?s egg rolls never came until we?re about to leave. Yes they did not charge us the the steaks and egg rolls, but it ruined our evening. The manger did nothing to ensure we comeback, all that was said is we did not charge you for them. Very disappointing, and frustrating to try and eat out these days."

"I enjoyed a delightful lunch experience with prompt and courteous service. I ordered the Godzilla Maki for $18, which was absolutely amazing, along with edamame for $6.50 and green tea for $3.50. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and it was clean and not too loud during the lunch rush. I sat in the main dining area, not on the Hibachi side. The restrooms were also spotless, which is a plus! I highly recommend this place for your sushi and Hibachi cravings. My server today was Fay, and she was very attentive and sweet. Just a heads up, an 18% gratuity is added automatically."
