"First of all, everything was cold. We were made to wait around 5 minutes for our food, even though we live just 5 minutes away, so the travel time couldn't be the issue. I ordered crispy tacos, but they were quite soggy, which makes me think that most of our food had been sitting in a warming area for too long. I ate mine anyway because I was really hungry.
Unfortunately, the other two members of my family couldn't finish their meals. They ordered Enchiladas Texanas and Enchiladas Vegetarianas. The red sauce tasted like a plain can of tomato sauce was dumped on the plate—lacking any seasoning or spice. The chicken was bland and, to top it off, it was cold.
We tried to call and voice our concerns, but the person who answered the phone didn't speak English, and they indicated that no one else there did either. I could only express that my food was bad, and after that, the call ended with no further communication. I'm really frustrated, having spent $50 (and yes, I tip well!) only to find myself needing to drive back to the restaurant to sort this out.
It's unlikely that I'll return."
