"This was definitely one of the best food experiences I ever had. It was a celebration and we decided to go with a 4 course menu for $125 per person. Initially we thought it would not be enough food but at the end of the meal we were completely full. We tried many different dishes since everyone on the table was ordering something different. My favorites were the FOIE GRAS with sour orange temptation caramel, plantain pave and cocoa nibs; and the PASTRAMI STYLE SHORT RIB with red pepper-beef jus, gem and fennel caesar, oyster short rib croquette. Those dishes were mid blowing and the techniques were executed to perfection. As a dessert, THE CIGAR with manjari shell, hazelnut praline, gianduia mousse and espresso ice cream was very interesting with a presentation that impressed by the cigar box.
