"My food was a rare filet mignon and perfect! My husband ordered a rare prime rib. It was well done so he sent it back. When it came out again...it hadnt touched a grill or any heat. The chef must have taken it out of the refrigerator and slapped it on the plate! I thought my huband meant it was cool inside...but I felt it and the entire steak was cold! My husband said he coukd not eat that...apparently, Outback coukd care less because they offered nothing. My husband and I just took the prime rib home and he cooked it himself! Horrible experience because it was so blatant and low class on the part of the chef, and he should not work at any nuce resta7eant."
