"I came to order a kids birthday cake cone and it went fine until one of the staff members asked ME to tell him how much change i needed.. and i was like i don’t know and he proceeded to charge me for a normal scoop and not give me my change. and I give them 2 stars because i told the other staff member and showed her receipts and she gave me the money i was supposed to get."
"Came to this location and ordered a regular fudge brownie sundae and regular hot fudge sundae. When we went through the drive-thru we paid the full amount for both, and we discovered they replaced the fudge brownie with a coffee waffle bowl. We went back through the drive-thru to tell them the order was wrong and they told us the fudge brownie sundae was actually sold out. "I'm so happy I discovered this place! I have fond memories of Farah's pita bread and cafes from my childhood. I tried the Courtyard Pita along with the potato salad and chicken salad—all of which were excellent, especially the pita bread! The staff was incredibly friendly, and there's a charming outdoor courtyard with well-spaced tables and chairs where you can enjoy your meal if you prefer dining outside during the pandemic. I will definitely be coming back regularly!"

"Abbott’s has the best frozen custard I’ve ever had! You can definitely tell that it’s made fresh every day. Their customer service is great too, everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful it’s just an overall enjoyable experience anytime I go in there. They have a really good selection of flavors and topping options too. I also love that they have other desserts you can get there like the frozen bananas and turtles. But the chip wheels are my absolute favorite I always get some to go when I’m there to keep in the freezer at home! I also went to a company event once where Abbott’s was catering and it was the best idea! Everyone loved it and kept talking about how awesome it was. Whenever I have family or friends visiting I make sure I bring them to Abbott’s! Highly recommend!!"
