This shop was an absolute treat to go to. The service was incredible, the staff were so friendly, and the variety of flavors exceeded my expectations. I am no longer local, but every time I am in the area Abbott’s is on the top my list to visit.

I have been a loyal customer of Abbott's for the past 5 years, and I can say without a doubt that this is the best custard I have ever tasted. They offer a variety of flavors that are rotated frequently, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend trying the chocolate almond flavor, it is absolutely delicious. The restaurant provided excellent service with a quick and attentive staff. The custard was incredibly tasty, especially the vanilla which was so flavorful that I enjoyed it plain. I also highly recommend trying the chocolate almond custard, as it was unexpectedly delicious. I have tried many different types of custard and this one was definitely the best. If you are hosting a get together, I suggest getting a custard pie. The peanut butter custard pie is my personal favorite, but the pumpkin pie with Oreo crust is a must-have during Thanksgiving.

If you are a fan of ice cream, then you absolutely must try Abbott's Frozen Custard. It's like ice cream on steroids - creamier, smoother, and apparently made fresh every single day on-site. You can even watch the fresh custard being made right before your eyes if you visit at the right time. Despite many storefronts in Needham center changing over the past decade, Abbott's has remained a favorite. I highly recommend trying one of their pies for a special occasion, such as the PB cup pie. It's always a refreshing change for Thanksgiving or when bringing dessert to a party. Abbott's definitely knows how to do it right!

Abbott’s has the best frozen custard I’ve ever had! You can definitely tell that it’s made fresh every day. Their customer service is great too, everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful it’s just an overall enjoyable experience anytime I go in there. They have a really good selection of flavors and topping options too. I also love that they have other desserts you can get there like the frozen bananas and turtles. But the chip wheels are my absolute favorite I always get some to go when I’m there to keep in the freezer at home!
