"First time visiting this establishment and only tried it because of someone else. Got my beverages pretty fast after figuring out how to order just a hot coffee with french vanilla flavoring, had to wait for the bagels I ordered, after waiting a bit they finally came to ask me what I was waiting on because my food hadn't been made because the one making them wasn't aware of my bagel orders).Even though I didn't pay out of my pockets I thought it was too expensive for what I received and all.I will not personally be back myself."

"We were driving home from a wedding when we decided to try Biggby Coffee to get a coffee. Once we pulled away, my 7 year old spilled his hot chocolate on the back seat of the rental car. My husband went back inside and asked for napkins, and when he mentioned he was cleaning up a spill in the car, they gave him a cloth towel, and then totally surprised up by remaking the hot chocolate for free since it had spilled. Maybe it’s wedding emotions, but I had tears in my eyes from the kindness of the employees. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"I visited this morning and ordered a large Butterbear over ice. They mistakenly made me a medium but realized the error and tried to fix it by transferring it to a large cup and adding a lot of extra milk. When I received it, I noticed that they had just poured in milk, and after tasting it, I found that it was mostly milk. They told me the only way to remedy the situation was for me to buy another one. I paid for a large Butterbear, but all I got was a large cup of milk. I've been a loyal customer for years without any issues, so I'm really disappointed and probably won’t be coming back."

"It's that time of year again Genesee County, and what better way to get into the ol' holiday spirit then to stop by Biggby's to get a warm up. Now note; there is one located on S Linden Rd in Flint which is an awesome café. Then there's the Hill Rd location in Grand Blanc; the one I frequent regularly. arking gets a little crazy sometime due to other businesses. However, if you have the time to make an early Saturday morning trip for a Vanilla bean latte (personal fav) or whatever you choose stop in. What better way to support a local business then to a Michigan made local business! Until next time..."

"This Biggby location is one of our favorites in the area! The staff here are usually friendly. The drinks and bagels are sometimes better, the service seems faster, and they are conveniently located on the road to Bush Park. However, I have noticed that the quality can vary depending on the staff working that day. Today, the drink cups had syrup running down the sides (without napkins or a straw), and the egg and cheese on the bagel was cold to the touch. It wasn't busy, so it really depends on who is working."

"Usually this restaurant excels in customer service and drinks. However, today three employees were arguing with each other over who added flavor to my nutty buddy, which ended up being flavorless. Fortunately, I enjoy plain lattes. They offered to add the flavor later, but I declined. Where is the previous crew? I understand these are first world problems, but we were the only customers and only ordered two drinks."

"Even though it is located in the same building as the gas station, this Biggby cafe still provides a genuine experience. There are plenty of individual tables and the service is excellent. During my visit, the Biggby cafe itself was quite popular, similar to a standalone store. The baristas were very friendly and welcoming."

"I always make a point to stop here when I am in town visiting and grab my beverages or my food from here because this coffee shop is simply amazing. My fiancé and I ordered through the drive-thru and I made sure to hand over my annual Christmas card. All the baristas that work here are cheery, joyful, polite, and go out of their way to brighten your day. I simply love this place and the owner should feel very proud of themselves for running a successful business that thrives on top notch customer service. I hope my art that hangs on the inside of your establishment shows you my endless gratitude and appreciation for not only a quality product, but for the outstanding customer service you constantly pump out of this location.
