"The food generally arrives hot and fresh, but it would be helpful to have the option to request condiments like ketchup for French fries and sliders. Unfortunately, this restaurant doesn't allow for special requests, and there isn't a section to add these items. As a result, I ended up with a 10-pack of sliders without ketchup or any other condiments, aside from the onion and pickle included. Additionally, I had no ketchup for my fries. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem since I would have the condiments at home, but we're in the process of moving, and most things are already packed away. Despite this, I will continue to order from here because their cheese sticks are fantastic!"
