"My recent visit left me with only 3 out of the 4 burgers I ordered. As you can see from the photo, I received a total of just 4 boxes: 3 burgers and 1 side. Typically, when you order a number 1, you should get 5 boxes. They've done it to me again. The three burgers I did receive were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The drive-thru line at this location is always long, and the customer service is very poor. After receiving my order, I had to wait at the window because I didn't get my tartar sauce. I only realized that I was missing the sauce and one of my burgers after I had left my vehicle and was already on my way. I do not recommend this location unless you're willing to gamble your hard-earned money on poorly prepared food served by uninterested staff. I have visited this location several times over the past month, and each experience has been disappointing. Whether you're going through the drive-thru, picking up takeout, or ordering delivery, expect low-quality food. I've come to the conclusion that the employees at this location either don't want to work or lack proper training."
