"The hummus was passable but disappointingly thin and watery, served with cheap, store-bought pita bread. The lemon potatoes were old and rubbery. I ordered a chicken kebab, which turned out to be just one skewer. The meat tasted off, and I was hesitant to take another bite after my first. Overall, the food was mediocre, rubbery, and appeared to have been microwaved. I've had a fair amount of Greek food in the past, and this did not measure up. To make matters worse, I was significantly overcharged when I settled the bill (which I suspect included a bottle of wine that I thought was complimentary since it wasn’t listed on the menu). I estimated my total to be around $40-45, but I was charged $56. Initially, I thought I might have miscalculated, but I genuinely believe I was overcharged. The person at the register was also the cook, who would step out to ring up customers whenever the waiter called him, leading me to wonder if he was merely reheating food. Additionally, I noticed that cleared plates and leftover food from tables weren't discarded but were carelessly placed on a counter near new food being prepared. This raised concerns about hygiene, and given the poor quality of the food, my tolerance for such practices diminished. I typically don’t post negative reviews, but my experience here was particularly bad. It was telling that the only other patrons were tourists, a clear indication that this is a place to avoid. Hopefully, this review will help others avoid the mistake I made by dining here."
