"Sadly my daughter asked to go here for her 16th birthday. A broken hand sanitizer greeted us upon entering. After a few minutes of waiting, we were greeted by an employee and were seated. It was quite dirty inside with food and trash on the floor and despite being almost empty most of the tables were dirty with old dishes on them. Flies flying around with greasy tables and seats. We asked to be seated at a booth instead of a table, and the waitress seemed annoyed and explained that there were no clean booths available. Including my family of 4, there were maybe 6 total other patrons in the entire establishment. Once our food arrived, I swear that not only was my burger raw in the middle, but it came with about 6 French fries. We were never offered refills on drinks or fries the entire visit. Our waitress really seemed to care less about us. Happy Birthday!! A total disappointment!! Red Robin used to be a great experience. However, these days, I would recommend not to waste your time or money and choose a different restaurant altogether and avoid any Red Robin establishments."

"We orders curbside pick up wait was longer than quoted but it was also st Patrick?s day so understandable. We got our order home and both burgers were meat burgers and one was supposed to be veggie burger and it was labeled veggie on the ticket. Wecalled to resolve the issue and when we said we wanted a replacement we were told to wait for a manager and after waiting a veryunreasonable amount of time (10 min) I left to go to store and complain to manager. When I got there the Manager (Julian)greeted me and let me vent about the whole situation and then said he had already taken off the charge for the veggie burger andhad it remade and had it in hand with him. I was pleased he listened to me first and then offered his already enacted solution.He dealt appropriately with the situation and we will go there again."

"The prices for 99% of the menu items end with a "9". The price for all the draft beers ends with a "9" except Bud and Coors which end with a "0". Why is this important, you ask? It's not. I'm just a obsessive compulsive guy who notices those things. I ordered the keep it simple burger which was served with generous crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and crunchy purple Onion. The taste of the burger wasn't obliterated with excessive salt or seasoning. I am convinced many burger chains use salt as a preservative and bacteria killer. The iced tea tasted freshly brewed. I saw a tempting milk shake infused with Bailey's I will sample when my grandsons aren't with me. The burgers are pricier than most places but the quality and size are offsets. You may even want to share. Kim is a great server."

"Red Robin has always been a go-to restaurant for high-quality food. I really appreciate their never-ending bowls of fries. I usually start by asking the waiter or waitress for a few bowls while we wait for our meals. This keeps the kids entertained, allowing the parents to enjoy their meals more. Thank you, Red Robin, for being our favorite spot for birthday dinners and other celebrations over the years. I do miss the balloons, though; they were the last touch of whimsy that always made me smile. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!"

"My husband believes they have the best gluten-free buns out there. Red Robin typically doesn’t let us down, but this time it fell short for me. While my husband enjoyed his burger and I agree that the gluten-free bun was excellent, I had to go with grilled chicken due to my allergies and it was disappointing. The chicken was tough to chew and lacked the right texture. On a positive note, the endless fries were delicious and my husband really enjoyed the freckled lemonade. We’ll definitely stop by again while traveling, but I think I’ll just stick with the fries next time."

"This restaurant is a mess. Poorly managed and it shows. We waited ten minutes even though we placed a ?call ahead?. After being asking to sit at a table, the hostess had to ask her manager for permission. ????? When we were seated we noticed how empty the place was. Plenty of staff to go around and serve but what struck us as odd is that the endless fries were all luke warm at best. Took about ten minutes to get a fresh round before the meal. There was three out of four meals that had issues. Mainly food temperature and quality. The Donatos pizza wasnt anything like the real donatos. A big disappointment and it wasnt piping hot. The remake was over cooked and burnt. The double burger was overcooked the first time and was charred and filled with gristles on the remake. Not to mention missing toppings. The female manager was more into eating her meal than visiting our table. I went to our waitress with her manager st a table eating and expressed my discontent. She took the burger off the bill without apologizing. I know its tough times but if I go out and spend good money to dine, I EXPECT hot and fresh food properly prepared. It all starts at the top. This place need new management and a team meeting of the minds. Dont waste your time and money until then."

"This Burger chain restaurant offers a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, which is quite impressive. Their Veggie Burger with a vegetable and grain patty is hands down the best vegetarian burger I have ever tasted. You have the option to leave out the cheese to make it fully vegan, or simply enjoy it as is if you're a vegetarian like me. I like to add an egg for extra protein and it's absolutely delicious!"

"I struggled to find a simple hamburger on the menu, so I opted for the most basic option available—a cheeseburger with a fancy name. My son ordered another type of hamburger, and when they arrived, both were toweringly tall, making them nearly impossible to take a bite of. I had to take mine apart just to eat it. The taste was pretty standard, except for a relish-ketchup mix that didn’t do much for it when tasted on its own—again, heavily salted. Aside from the fancy names and the unpleasant sauces, the burgers were nothing special and certainly didn’t impress. Overall, I have definitely had much better meals for a much lower price. We spent $35 for two burgers, onion rings, a soda for my son, and just ice water for me. Wow! While our server was friendly, the service overall was just adequate—nothing remarkable that would justify the steep price for such a mediocre meal."

"We have always gone to Red Robin's for great burgers. What we got that day were 180 degrees from the norm: burnt, crumbly, grease-saturated burger meat that was a far cry from the fat juicy perfection RR is known for. My son ordered the mushroom Swiss and as you can tell from the pictures ... it was not the mushroom Swiss he always gets. The manager was brand new and seated the five of us at a table for 4 and eventually we asked to be reseated because there is no way we could have eaten that way. Although after the burgers arrived, nobody really wanted to eat them, and we only did because we had been out for a long time and were reallllllly hungry."

"Hostess seemed liked she was having a bad day. Wait was only about 10 min.The waiter was great (I think his name was Garrett or something).I tried the new chicken sandwich for the first time. Flavor was good, the chicken breast itself was tiny compared to what it seemed like in the menu. Needs to be bigger for the price of that meal IMHO.Fries are always good. Service really good.Funny thing my buddy ordered the wedge burger not realizing it the buns were swapped out for lettuce. That was hilarious watching him eat it."

"A neat place to have a burger. My burger was good, but not stellar. I ordered from the 'Tavern ' menu, since couldn 't fathom having a 15-dollar burger (price and calories). Wrapped and flavored in a way that reminded me A BIT of In-And-Out Burger, but at a much different price. The bun seemed like a regular supermarket bun. Mine disintegrated as I went along eating the burger. The aluminum wrap was so necessary in keeping everything from disaster. I would 've rather have a brioche or Kaiser roll. Maybe not in the 'tavern ' category. Their gimmick is all-u-can-eat fries. Good gimmick! These were nice, thick and well cooked, but hardly fresh from the fryer in the 2 different days I visited (both for the ones that came with my meal and the extra ones). All-in-all a neat place to visit and experience, but not one I would long for."

"Walked in and immediately felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Then noticed how dirty it was, everywhere. Got sat at our table, which didn’t take long BUT the girl who sat us literally said “4?” And not a another single word. Slapped our menus on the table and walked away, again without saying anything. The table clearly was not properly wiped down. My husband went to ask a staff member to please wipe off the table, which ended up being the same girl that sat us and she pointed to her coworker and said “ask her” They did come over to wipe the table, but with a little tiny wipe and still left crumbs all over the table and she just kinda shrugged her shoulders like “eh, good enough” we got up and walked out. Now we are at Applebee’s having a way better experience. Will never return to this Red Robin. Gross and rude staff."

"Came here on a Thursday night and they were not busy at all. Our server was very friendly but she didn?t write down our order and forgot I wanted sugar on my margarita rather than salt. The table next to us was dirty when we sat down and stayed dirty the entire time we were there, which was about an hour and some change. It wasn?t anything terrible but the restaurant wasn?t even busy and other tables were being cleaned from people that left after we sat down so that was pretty annoying. Our drinks from the bar took forever to get to us and there was nobody sitting at the bar nor was the bartender busy. Lastly the glasses we got from the bar were not clean, which the bartender should be paying attention to. Food was good but prob won?t be coming back here unless we are getting to go since they aren?t the best at up-keeping the place when they aren?t busy."

"Ora made me feel so confident that I was ordering from the right place. She was very helpful patient. She helped describe menu items to me when asked. I have a raw allium intolerance/allergy and she took it very seriously. Doing everything to ensure that my food was prepared in a way that would satisfy me. I also do not eat pork due to religious reasons and both her and the cook made me feel reassured when I asked for no pork/raw onions. Raw onions didn’t even come on the burger I ordered but they double checked if the cooked onions were okay with me. The building was very clean and the staff were very presentable and well mannered. Food was delicious! I will definitely be back."

"I purchased a to-go order and I ordered by walking up. The experience was fine. Smooth order process and I sat inside and waited about 10 minutes or so for my order. I went at about 2:30pm so it was not really crowded. The facility looked clean. The food was great. I ordered the Royal burger, which comes with egg, bacon and cheese and one side. I ordered broccoli. If you eat inside, the fries are bottomless, so I was offered a side of fries with my order. Food was great. Very tender burger that was not greasy. Egg was cooked to perfection. Broccoli was a little undercooked, but was still good."

"I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, which offers fantastic burgers along with unlimited seasoned fries, homemade potato chips, and various other items. My burger was cooked perfectly to my liking. The service was exceptional. It was my first visit, and I was attended to by Faith, who was outstanding and very attentive. I also got to try their homemade potato chips, which I had never had before. I simply asked for a sample, and within a minute, they were brought to our table. This place is well-known for its burgers and fries, so if that’s what you’re in the mood for, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’m looking forward to coming back soon!"

"service ever! I went with my friend (party of two) and there were no people waiting for us. we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be sitting places and saw that 5 or 6 different employees walk past us and watch us, but no one said anything. a young girl then came up to sit us and pretended to sit us, and took us to a table and even grabbed him to sit down. Then we sit down and she looks at me and says, "Who is where they want to sit? I was looking for an open table for you.” with a very rude ton and I answered: “You have said nothing and have gone here and have tapped the table” and she has drunken and gone. we have gone. do not give up. not as long as you want. this is clearly a repetition in other reviews that I have read. this place does not earn her money or her time."

"The food was bad as it is usually very good. The fish was the look and texture of a sole of a shoe had to scatter the whole meal. The frits on the meal consisted of 5 a very cold portion! Waited 1 hour 15 minutes in the Curbside area. Very disappointing. I called to speak to my concerned and also asked why they turned customers away and managers told them they experienced channel problems."
