"service ever! I went with my friend (party of two) and there were no people waiting for us. we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be sitting places and saw that 5 or 6 different employees walk past us and watch us, but no one said anything. a young girl then came up to sit us and pretended to sit us, and took us to a table and even grabbed him to sit down. Then we sit down and she looks at me and says, "Who is where they want to sit? I was looking for an open table for you.” with a very rude ton and I answered: “You have said nothing and have gone here and have tapped the table” and she has drunken and gone. we have gone. do not give up. not as long as you want. this is clearly a repetition in other reviews that I have read. this place does not earn her money or her time."

We go to the 180th location. I usually get the avocado salad and husband gets the burger with egg. The endless sides are awesome. The sweet potato fries are ? they are seriously the best! View menu

It was FANTASTIC! Our waiter was the best I have ever had! He was funny and knew just how to keep the table entertained. It was the cleanest Red Robin I have ever been to as well. The food was good and quick.Kid-friendliness: He was so good with the kids. The food sizes for them were also perfect!

Service was mediocre at best. No Cesar Salad available for the upgraded side? Why? Burger had great toppings, but you can tell this is a processed previously frozen hamburger patty. The actual meat was tasteless. I don't understand the hype with these over priced burgers?! 15 bucks for a 1/4lb burger? Um pass.

Do not go to this location. My order was more than 15 minutes late. When it was brought out they set it in the shelf for another 5 minutes instead of handing it to me. Then I could not find anyone just to reach to me. They were not busy they just don’t care about doing their jobs well. Save your time and money or find a different location. View menu

We waited about 20 minutes for our table, and during that time, a man and a child walked in, went straight to the bar, and got menus and drinks while casually waiting. When I asked if we could sit at the bar, the hostess informed us that we weren’t supposed to come in and wait like others and that she would let that couple know they needed to wait too. It’s no surprise we had to wait to be served; it was quite ridiculous.

Red Robin has really declined based on this experience. The customer service was lacking, our meal was incorrect, and some of our food was completely missing. I requested a side of avocado slices for my burger, but they were very brown. The burger itself was barely cooked and lacked seasoning. We were never asked if we wanted fries after ordering. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so I expected better service and quality, but overall, I was not impressed.

"First, the restaurant is super cool. You enter and immediately see the open kitchen and bar below. We were seated with a great view of the working kitchen. It was our anniversary and they presented us with complimentary bubbly and a menu that read Happy Anniversary at the top. Our server was prompt and kind. We ordered apps and our meal at the same time. Apps were a little slow but we don 't mind taking our time. The andouille sausage over grits was good but a bit oversalted. The croquettes were good but somewhat mushy. Overall flavor profile was good. Some time passed after completing our appys and began to notice the kitchen plating dishes and entrees being served to every table except ours. Again, not in a hurry so we weren 't upset. But it became excessive. Large groups seated while we had appetizers were served their entrees. Small tables seated after we finished our appetizers were served. The kitchen can put out food fast, just not ours. So now our apps are expanding in our belly and our excitement about our meals are diminishing. Finally our entrees arrived. My snapper raw. So sad. The gnocchi was ok but again, way over salted. But the flavor profile was so good. This had the ability to be amazing. My husband ordered the wagyu flank steak. It was just not good. He barely ate one piece and left his sides as again they were way way over salted. Our server noticed that we barely ate our meals and spent time asking for feedback. She was very kind and the manager discounted my meal (which I did not want, but appreciate). Anyway, we probably won 't be back. Good presentations. Very good flavor profiles. Failure to deliver overall though due to extremely salty, improper cooking and extraordinary wait times. Hopefully they can improve as some other recent reviews reflect similar feedback."
