"I usually have a great experience at the paleta bar. But today’s experience was awful. I walked in and asked for a banana and strawberry fruit cup and was told they were out of bananas which is fine so then I asked for just a small fruit cup with strawberries and chocolate and almonds, too, which I was told that she couldn’t give me just a fruit cup with strawberries because she was trying to save as much as she could for the rest of the week, mind you it’s Tuesday. She said I had to mix it with another fruit, that I couldn’t do just one fruit and I said no thank you. And she said well bye then, so I left and she lost out on a sale. She was so rude it makes me sad because I love going there and my family loves going there. But this experience really makes me think if I want to go back or not. I know that what she told me is a lie because I’ve gotten just one fruit before and it was fine. I’m very disappointed with her not having any customers service."
