"So I?ve been coming to paleta bar locations for awhile now because they make a good fresas con crema but lately the past few times my wife and I have gone it?s been steadily going down hill quality wise, but tonight was the WORST I?ve ever had it wasinedible for both my wife?s and the one I ordered. The strawberries where old and mushy with a horrible sour taste definitely onthe verge of rotting as well as when they prepare the strawberries they have been leaving a good portion of the stem so everyother bite was hard and sour and we both ended up throwing $20 dollars worth of fresas con crema away. I would?ve told them inperson but we just got them to go. So please check quality control before you serve someone rotting strawberries in a cup maskedwith sweet crème thinking that would ever go unnoticed. Probably won?t be back after this because I?m not going to waste moremoney just to throw it away after one bite."

I really love the drinks here, but I'm not a fan of the paleta. It can get sticky when it’s not fresh.

The aqua frescas are the best! I always go in for refills on my 1/2 gallon. I also love that the staff is always so nice and helpful when I ask for recommendations!

I rate this restaurant 5 stars! The customer service is outstanding; they greet you as soon as you walk in and continue to make you feel welcome until you leave. They are absolutely fantastic!

Anytime you're in the mood for a frozen treat, this is the place to go! The staff is absolutely incredible, welcoming and friendly. The palettas are amazing. I also recommend a juice, and some yummy nachos to go with. Fun for the whole family View menu

I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems you need to have connections to get a job here. They never follow up with applicants, and there’s constant complaining from the staff. They say they're hiring, but it doesn't seem like a desirable workplace. It might be better to avoid it altogether.

This was our first visit to the Paleta Bar Bernalillo and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful while ordering. I do wish there had been more flavors of pops in stock (the case was a little low) but we made the best out of ouroptions and had plenty of toppings to choose from! This was a great treat and we will definitely stop by again when in town!
