"We went there for my birthday and anniversary. The food was terrible! My wife got the appetizer which consisted of salmon that was supposedly house cured in cognac. It was just plain raw salmon. She sent it back. I got the 8oz prime rib. It came with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower. The vegetables were way over cooked! They were mushy and no seasoning. The mashed potatoes were glazed over and pasty. The the meat was ok. The manager came over and I showed her the vegetables and potatoes. Her reply was...I like my vegetables like that. WHAT?? Who eats dead vegetables. Then she told us that those vegetables and potatoes were from that morning! WHAT!! This is 8pm.... Left over veggies and potatoes? Now how long does it take to steam fresh vegetables and make fresh potatoes. Very disappointed. Maybe lunch is better since everything is fresh then but dinner sucks. And will not go back. Hopefully their other food is better than this."

"We went in specifically to try the Sicilian pizza (square with no crust on edges because my friend's wife needed something which would be softer to chew/eat. Go in and sit down. Automatically notice a few locals at the bar watching TV and eating their meals (NOT sitting 6 feet a part at all: not even 3 feet a part!! . We get seated and I asked if we could sit farther away from the bathroom entrance just to lessen the chances of people walking past us at all. I am not paranoid about C 19, but minor precautions DO help everyone IMHO. The Sicilian pizza was a great disappointment: it was seasoned OK, but the crust wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese on top was almost charred. It seemed fine so we just ate it. Crust was nothing to talk about NOT the same crust as regular pizza that is all I could tell. May be the thinner crust Italian style pizza is better?! Unsure ..... don't know if my buddy would be brave enough to go back to eat there a second time! I have a strong stomach for seasoned things. Would I go there again? Sure, I would want to see if their other pizza would be better, but my friend can't be convinced so if I go I will just go take out. LOL. Give then a chance and see for yourself. I suggest to PASS on the Sicilian pizza though. :D YMMV."

"Clarissa is a real team player. Although she's the host when she noticed our server Will had not came to the table yet, she took our drink order. 5 stars for Clarissa Andy the manager for coming to greet us and asking was everything ok and if she could get anything for us. When Rachel noticed us looking around for Will she asked was it anything she could get for us and we said wow this is a nice place everyone helps each other out. However Rachel never came back to the table with what we requested and Will never came back with the check they did have a pleasant demeanor and good intentions too I suppose. If Will Rachel had some follower through this would definitely be a 5 star review but, instead it's 3 ; oh and 5 stars for the cooks too D. effinglious."

"Whenever a group of industrial salespeople gather, there is always the potential for chaos. However, the staff at Champps exceeded my expectations! I requested for a few things to be prepared in advance for when everyone arrived, and they were delivered right on time. Our server, whose name I unfortunately do not recall and was not listed on the receipt, provided great service without being overbearing. This was my first customer lunch at Champps, but it certainly won't be my last. Excellent job today!"

"I meet up with a few family members for drinks on a very busy Friday night as it was the day before school vacation. It's a casual local joint where you can tell they have a lot of regulars. My family included. They come here pretty routine and enjoy all the American food options they have to offer. Our initial waiter was wonderful and quick to check on us regularly for refills. The second waitress, Jenn, was even better! Overall, I had a great experience and would like to come back to try their more food and drink options."

"Hubs and I were in town for a wedding, and we found Harry's. It is such a warm and welcoming diner. Not to mention, the food is incredible! You definitely get more than your money's worth of food. The portions are enormous!! We had the Greek omelet with a side of steak and the Mozambique omelet. Both were so delicious, and the potatoes were phenomenal seasoned to perfection. I still dream about the hashbrowns. We cannot say enough good things about this little shop. From the service to the food PERFECT."

"If just rating the food this place would be at least 4 stars. However, we left with a feeling the sever was trying to put one over on some witless tourists. Thankfully my wife saw the bill as I was paying and remarked it looked a little high. I had only looked at the food and did not notice an additional $60 Service Charge under the tax section. Donna, our server, made no mention of this when she brought it to me. When she came back I asked her if she had automatically included gratuity. The only way I can describe her reaction was odd . She mumbbled something like, Oh, ya service charge I know some restaurants, especially those with a lot of foreign customers, automatically include the tip. However, I did not see this posted anywhere and Donna certainly did not bring this to our attention. Nowhere else we dined in the Keys had this practice. I was ready to tip on top of this and would have done so if my wife hadn 't noticed! Afterwards I also noticed Donna had entered number of guests as 6 (top of the receipt). There were only five of us. Maybe 6 triggers automatic 20% tip? At the end of the day we would have left 20% or more as we commonly do. This whole thing just left me with a bad taste in my mouth after what was a very delicious meal"

"I don’t normally write reviews but this earned it. Good food and wait staff however an older gentleman that worked there (probably the manager) was VERY RUDE. He came by our table after sitting for maybe 35 minutes and interrupted us mid conversation to ask if we wanted a to go bag. When we responded no that we were all set, he gave us an irritated look and walked away. Not 5 minutes later as soon as I finished my coffee, he came back and scooped up my empty cup, picked up our boxed food, and started cleaning our table and told us we needed to leave as there were other customers “eyeing our table” to be seated. He did not hand me my food back until I made an effort to get up leave so basically forcing us to go. We both each spent 25+ dollars before tip on our lunches, regardless of the cost you don’t kick a customer out after 35 minutes especially not in that manner. Not coming back here again."

"This restaurant isn't anything extravagant, but it was clean, spacious, and offered a great view with plenty of natural light. The best part was that it was all air-conditioned, making for a comfortable experience. The staff members were friendly, prompt, and attentive. While the food wasn't extraordinary, I say that in a good way. Everything was delicious, served in generous portions, cooked perfectly, and reasonably priced. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I genuinely want to return for dinner because I've heard their dinner options are fantastic, and I'm definitely interested. "Your meal IS your Server. They can make it or break it and our Server was terrible. No personality, No welcome, no Happy Thanksgiving . We felt if your that upset 3:30pm why did you take this job? Dont you work for tips? We received cutlery, 5 minutes after meals were served, the food was luke warm and the apple pie was literally served in pieces not resembling a triangle pie cut. A sloopy, non caring holiday meal for $160 and like fools we tipped $40 so we paid $200 for this abuse. Thanks Claim Jumper!!"

"I made a reservation for 6 on a Saturday, early afternoon. When I showed up, the hostess and the manager said that they don't take reservations and there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one, as the group behind me had the same issues. I understand technical issues, I really do. However, with a larger group, we tried to assist the establishment by letting them know in advance and to no avail. If I wanted to wait an undetermined amount of time for a table, I could do that by popping in. I'm sure that there are things that were out of their control and affected this. I'm not complaining, just letting people know that the reservation system is suspect and don't count on your preplanning efforts to matter."

"I frequently get the savannah salad because it is really good. Even though it cost me 14.00+ dollars it is usually worth it, today when I got home and opened the box up I knew immediately the lettuce was bad, not just one kind but all the different types of lettuce were wilted and brown, nothing was crisp and fresh. This lettuce should have been thrown out and never used in a customer’s salad. Very disappointed. Service: Take out"
