"The restaurant was moderately busy, but not too crowded. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed more interested in socializing with her friends than taking care of our order. After I had already paid for my pizza, she forgot to bring it out on time. When I informed her that it was burned, she did not apologize or offer a refund. When I asked for my money back, she seemed unwilling to comply, resulting in me losing $20. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Our waitress promised the pizza would be ready in 2 minutes, but it took 10 minutes after I reminded her to retrieve it. The kitchen staff also seemed incompetent and unable to manage their time effectively. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Avoid this place if you want a good dining experience. Furthermore, the waitress handled the burned pizza with her bare hands, making the situation even more unsanitary.
