"I informed both the hostess and the server that it was my friend's birthday, but nothing was done to acknowledge it. No one even offered us dessert before we ordered, and when our dessert arrived, there was no recognition of the birthday, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, our original server vanished after taking our order, and we ended up needing assistance from the bartender. Throughout the visit, we received little attention from the staff, even though the restaurant wasn't busy."
