"I would rate this Pizza Inn location higher because, first, the pizza is delicious, and second, the service and the manager were outstanding. However, I was a bit put off when I walked in and saw a couple of employees, or perhaps family members, occupying the dining area as if it were a living room. On the positive side, the pizza was fresh and hot! The service was prompt and attentive, and as I mentioned earlier, the manager was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean, and overall, I had a great experience at this location!"

"I had previously been disappointed by the restaurant next door (Rag Time) and decided to give Joseph's Pizza a chance. Wow! The service from waitress Rachelle was excellent. She was quick, friendly, and very personable. The food blew me away. I wanted to order a pool-sized portion of the chicken marsala it was so good. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option, but it was the best marsala I've ever tasted. The rest of the food we ordered was also amazing - the Italian high-time soup was superb, the breakfast sandwich was to die for, and the calamari was the best I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back to Joseph's!"

"our server was knowledgeable and has given several recommendations. the restaurant and menu promise an authentic Italian restaurant, but the food quality did not deliver. my pasta was served in a bowl of water that devastated the arugula and made the dish a soggy fair. the main dishes were served while we were only halfway through the appetizers, which led us to feel. there was a great Christmas party that was especially loud and not the mood we hoped, but it is the season!"

"I rarely, if at all, volunteer a critique of a restaurant, and then only if I was very enthusiastic in the dining experience. But I feel that a warning should be written to warn locally, but never there, and visitors to Sikeston. The waitress took my drink order and just left things to do. Apparently, she assumed that I was there for the buffet and would help myself. Not familiar with the facility I sat in my seat and drank the soda I had ordered and waited for if I wanted a menu or the buffet. I'm tired of waiting after 10 minutes and seeing what the procedure was. She told me to help me with the buffet. I did. I chose spaghetti and a piece of 2 of the only pizzas at the buffet. I would have assumed that there was a little to offer, as it was only 11:15, as far as normal lunch would come. I took a bite from the spaghetti, and I can honestly say my 8-year-old grandson can make a better catch. One of the pizza slices was so salty that I didn't come past the first bite. Not good for anyone with blood pressure problems. Their idea of a salad selection was a pitiful joke; only salad and a few salad toppings. There was a prepared tray of a salad that didn't look very appetizing. happiness for them (and I wish them well) there were some of what had to be regular, which seemed to enjoy themselves; Otherwise, I don't see how they can stay in business."

"Disappointing as based on the reviews we had expected a far better meal. Both the chicken and eggplant parm were heavily breaded and frankly not good at all. To add insult to injury, the restaurant charges a credit card fee, which on a 160 tab feels a bit like a pure grab."

"I wasn’t expecting fine dining at the old Zippers, but I did hope for a cleaner environment, especially since it had just opened. The waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed and was slow to refill the pizza. That said, the pizza we had was quite tasty. The salad bar could use some improvements. I saw a soft serve machine and assumed it was included with the meal, but it wasn’t, and we weren’t informed. We were surprised to see a $45 bill for three pizza buffets and two soft serves. Unlike Lisa’s earlier review, it definitely was NOT hot inside!"

"I was initially wary about trying this restaurant because the buffet seemed quite small and there was hardly any pizza available. However, the salad bar was well-stocked, offering a wide variety of choices. When the staff came to our table, they asked if we wanted a special pizza made for us, so we went ahead and ordered one. They also had margaritas for just $1.99, and I expected them to be mediocre at that price, but they turned out to be delicious with perfectly balanced flavors! The restaurant itself is small yet has a cozy atmosphere; it feels a bit outdated, which gives it a nostalgic 80s vibe. The pizza was fantastic, the dessert was delightful, and I even tried their beans, which were surprisingly good! All of this came at an incredible price! I will definitely be returning to my pizza buffet."

"Our family of 3 went there this afternoon. Lots of pizza on the buffet and it was all very good. The buffet price does include your drink, so it is a more reasonable place for a buffet meal. We requested a BLT pizza and it was absolutely delicious!!! Onlyissue was with our waitress. She was not personable to say the least. I can deal with that because I usually give the benefit ofthe doubt and say she might have things going on that day. This doesn?t seem to be the case. While we were eating I watched herwalk out with her handbag and jacket. Shortly after, a very sweet, friendly, smiling, young lady, came to our table andapologized stating our waitress walked out and that she would be waiting on us. Upon checking out, I asked about what happenedand was told she got mad over staffing arrangements. I asked if her walking out meant she quit/fired? I was told she should bebut that she does it all the time. Not only was it extremely unprofessional but a staff member that was scheduled to work in theback had to work as a waitress, to cover her customers that she walked out on, but also a cashier too. Maybe the new Ownersneed to be more hands on. I really want this Pizza Inn to continue getting a better reputation than the last one. The pizzareally was good. The sides could have been better though. We will go back. The good staffers sure made up for 1 bad one."

"This was our 1st time here. We had an absolutely amazing server named Gracey. She was very polite professional and very great personality. She was an absolute blessing. For a yong lady working she was absolutely amazing. There was another young man withcurly hair we didn't get his name but he was an absolute delight. They were a great team. We had a great time. The pizza wascold at first but they asked if we would like anything made fresh they had it out and it was delicious after that it was comingout fresh. Thier supreme pizza was amazing. The cinnamon stromboli was so delicious. We highly recommend. Please don't be shyand ask for fresh pizza if you feel the ones on the buffet are not they are more then happy to make you what you ask for. Itsnice to see young people with good work ethics. The price was not bad for the quality. We ate and had drinks for under $12 aperson PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO TIO YOU SERVERS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL ENJOY"

"We wanted to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, and they really do something special that you’ll remember for a lifetime! You call ahead to let them know you're celebrating a birthday, and then you can order something from the menu (I ordered a 2-liter soda). They even prepare a special area in the kitchen for the birthday person to create their own unique pizza, not a dessert pizza. One note, though: it’s best to call as soon as they open and plan to arrive between 1:30 and 4:30 in the afternoon to avoid any rush."

"Arrived right before 9PM. Sat down Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and got it for us. We proceeded to go get our pizza from the buffet. There was not much to choose from what was out for grabbing definitely was not fresh, no telling how long it had been sitting there. a lot of items we?re just completely empty. I understand it?s a buffet and typically things go fast but no efforts we?re made to put fresh pizza out or any of the other food items that we?re up there they remained not fresh empty. The original waitress who brought us our drinks did not check on us not once. We we?re out of drink for a good minute before asking another passing waitress if she?d bring us some more tea and napkins because we never received any to begin with. The original waitress who gave us our drinks would pass by us and not acknowledge us even after she had glimpsed at our table and seen our cups we?re completely empty. She just didn?t care. Lastly to top off the horrible experience of this place. I go to use the restroom before heading out. There are only 2 stalls in the bathroom. I go into the first one and a worker walks in moments later and asks another worker a question regarding some tea. This girl was in the stall next to me. Her name was mentioned BRI she answered the girl at the door and shortly after flushed the toilet and walked out of the bathroom WITHOUT washing her hands. she?s an employee. I was disgusted. For me to witness an employee using the restroom and walking out, without washing her hands as she should was just IT for me. You just never know who is handling your food drink and if they wash their hands after restroom use. I know Bri doesn?t. so watch out for her handling your food drink it literally takes less than 5 mins to wash your hands there?s no excuse for that especially when you are handling other peoples food drink. The cost of this experience was $30+ tax. We also aren?t from the area and live about an hour away. Nothing but disgust and disappointment after leaving this place. I would not recommend eating here."
