"I would rate this Pizza Inn location higher because, first, the pizza is delicious, and second, the service and the manager were outstanding. However, I was a bit put off when I walked in and saw a couple of employees, or perhaps family members, occupying the dining area as if it were a living room. On the positive side, the pizza was fresh and hot! The service was prompt and attentive, and as I mentioned earlier, the manager was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean, and overall, I had a great experience at this location!"

I had the most delicious pizzas I've ever tasted in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even offer buffets on weekdays, all at very reasonable prices. This is definitely a must-visit spot in downtown!

My son orders here at least twice sometimes 3 times a month on his off day. We love their recipe! . It’s that amazing old fashion Pizza Hut taste before they started hiring the wrong people. Strongly recommend. Take the whole family kinda place.

We drove all the way from McKinney just to get there. Glad we did... the taco pizza is DELICIOUS and the service was amazing. It was less than 30 min to closing but they jad no problem letting dine in and eat out pizza. They were super friendly, patient and kind to us. Awesome job, we will be back....

This place is a great place to come for the buffet it is 995 plus drink they have a great Italian atmosphere it feels like a real restaurant I am not knocking CiCi's Pizza but CiCi's Pizza feels like a commercial joint this place has got all the pizzeria feelings you need to build memories bring your family
