"I would rate this Pizza Inn location higher because, first, the pizza is delicious, and second, the service and the manager were outstanding. However, I was a bit put off when I walked in and saw a couple of employees, or perhaps family members, occupying the dining area as if it were a living room. On the positive side, the pizza was fresh and hot! The service was prompt and attentive, and as I mentioned earlier, the manager was fantastic. The restaurant was very clean, and overall, I had a great experience at this location!"

"I rarely, if at all, volunteer a critique of a restaurant, and then only if I was very enthusiastic in the dining experience. But I feel that a warning should be written to warn locally, but never there, and visitors to Sikeston. The waitress took my drink order and just left things to do. Apparently, she assumed that I was there for the buffet and would help myself. Not familiar with the facility I sat in my seat and drank the soda I had ordered and waited for if I wanted a menu or the buffet. I'm tired of waiting after 10 minutes and seeing what the procedure was. She told me to help me with the buffet. I did. I chose spaghetti and a piece of 2 of the only pizzas at the buffet. I would have assumed that there was a little to offer, as it was only 11:15, as far as normal lunch would come. I took a bite from the spaghetti, and I can honestly say my 8-year-old grandson can make a better catch. One of the pizza slices was so salty that I didn't come past the first bite. Not good for anyone with blood pressure problems. Their idea of a salad selection was a pitiful joke; only salad and a few salad toppings. There was a prepared tray of a salad that didn't look very appetizing. happiness for them (and I wish them well) there were some of what had to be regular, which seemed to enjoy themselves; Otherwise, I don't see how they can stay in business."

"Today must have been a bad day for the cook actually the last four visits I have made to pick up a call in order have been awful and I had such high hopes for this pizza establishment when I started eating there earlier this year. I normally pick up mylunch while I'm out running errands at least once a week I tried to get a luncheon Pizza but I've noticed the cheese is gettingless and less that when you open up the box you notice okay amount of pepperoni but it's like the cheese is in quarter sizespots on each slice no more no less in no way does it cover the slice of pizza like it should a few times I have paid for extracheese and then they fix it like it should be normally. But they charge me for the extra cheese because I asked for it but theprice jumps over $2 on a personal pan pizza I just can't comprehend that and I'm a little upset about it today , I tookpictures. not happy with right now. Couldn't finish four slices of pizza like I normally could and that hurt my feelingsbecause it's just crust no cheese a lot of sauce a few pepperoni. As you can see on the pictures the little white spots are thecheese so I literally received about three tablespoons of cheese on the entire Pizza I kid you not this just hurt my feelingsanyway that's my thought that's my experience today and for the last 3 weeks."

"Hands down I feel that Pizza Inn is the best pizza.I grew up eating this when the location was in Mesquite by police station .When that location closed up this location became my go to place to get my pizza fix. .The owner has crazy Albert Einstein's hair but he is by far the one who carries the restraunt by friendliness, quality . Even though the buffet cost more than their competition ,the food is superior always fresh the salad bar,pasta,desert makes up for spending more . Please bring back some video games that would add the cherry to the top."

"I visited the restaurant tonight and had a wonderful time at the buffet. Destiny was our server, and she was fantastic. We made a special request, and she went above and beyond to prepare it for us. Honestly, she's an even better cook than a server! Pizza Inn is missing out by not having her making their pizzas. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience, and we will definitely be returning."

"We wanted to celebrate my grandmother's birthday, and they really do something special that you’ll remember for a lifetime! You call ahead to let them know you're celebrating a birthday, and then you can order something from the menu (I ordered a 2-liter soda). They even prepare a special area in the kitchen for the birthday person to create their own unique pizza, not a dessert pizza. One note, though: it’s best to call as soon as they open and plan to arrive between 1:30 and 4:30 in the afternoon to avoid any rush."

"I always enjoy stopping here when I’m passing through. The pizza is delicious when it’s freshly made, but the slices that sit too long can dry out. I recommend going during busy hours to ensure the quality remains high. The staff is fantastic, keeping the tables clean and drinks filled. We always make sure to order the chocolate chip cookie pizza; it's a must-have! I’ll definitely return for more. Our bill was $42 for two adults and two kids on a Sunday afternoon."

"First and last time here!I ordered the Pad Thai to-go. When I got there customer service was TERRIBLE! The bartender continued his conversation at the bar (I won’t disclose what they were talking about) instead of greeting me or letting me know anything. I ordered take out because I couldn’t afford to sit in and eat and tip. I got the bill and a tip was already added on! If that was the case I definitely would’ve sat inside.Now on to the food. DISGUSTING! I didn’t finish my food because it was so bad I just had to toss it. There were more bean sprouts than noodles, it was very dry…no sauce at all and no peanuts, I asked for extra limes and only received 1, my veggies weren’t green they were grey because they weren’t fresh, I ordered chicken Pad Thai… why were there pieces of beef in my food. I cannot eat beef so that was another reason why I didn’t finish the food. Food definitely wasn’t fresh and I will not go back. Hopefully they make improvements."

"Arrived right before 9PM. Sat down Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and got it for us. We proceeded to go get our pizza from the buffet. There was not much to choose from what was out for grabbing definitely was not fresh, no telling how long it had been sitting there. a lot of items we?re just completely empty. I understand it?s a buffet and typically things go fast but no efforts we?re made to put fresh pizza out or any of the other food items that we?re up there they remained not fresh empty. The original waitress who brought us our drinks did not check on us not once. We we?re out of drink for a good minute before asking another passing waitress if she?d bring us some more tea and napkins because we never received any to begin with. The original waitress who gave us our drinks would pass by us and not acknowledge us even after she had glimpsed at our table and seen our cups we?re completely empty. She just didn?t care. Lastly to top off the horrible experience of this place. I go to use the restroom before heading out. There are only 2 stalls in the bathroom. I go into the first one and a worker walks in moments later and asks another worker a question regarding some tea. This girl was in the stall next to me. Her name was mentioned BRI she answered the girl at the door and shortly after flushed the toilet and walked out of the bathroom WITHOUT washing her hands. she?s an employee. I was disgusted. For me to witness an employee using the restroom and walking out, without washing her hands as she should was just IT for me. You just never know who is handling your food drink and if they wash their hands after restroom use. I know Bri doesn?t. so watch out for her handling your food drink it literally takes less than 5 mins to wash your hands there?s no excuse for that especially when you are handling other peoples food drink. The cost of this experience was $30+ tax. We also aren?t from the area and live about an hour away. Nothing but disgust and disappointment after leaving this place. I would not recommend eating here."
