"Drinks were handed to me covered head to toe in raw flour and I felt and looked like a moron going back and fourth between my seating and the bathroom in order to clean them off as well as possible before my girlfriend arrived to meet me at the restaurant. My order was also wrong, being given a cheese pizza instead of the clam pizza I ordered. That’s fine and all but not when you’re charged an additional $7 for someone else’s mistake. Last time I had a problem with my order at this restaurant was awhile ago but it was handled with care and generosity. Not only was my food from back then remade free of charge, the restaurant as well gave me the pizza I didn’t order and didn’t take it back unlike this time. That’s fine and all taking back the food I didn’t order, I don’t have a problem with that but it doesn’t feel right to be charged for an employees mistake. Never coming back here unless if I’m just picking up food for friends or family. Service wasn’t up to standards being given drinks covered in raw flour as well as being charged an additional $7 for the restaurants mistake."

"Ordering a fairly large order through the Slice app. When the driver went there to pick him up, the shop order did not match what Slice had. The restaurant cloged to make the cake and finally offered me an RAW pizza. It was still RAW dough when it made its way to my house. Contacted Slice and they said that Ultimate Pizza snd Chicken refused to help in any way. What a waste of over $50. The pizza had to go straight to the garbage. I don't know how you can have this kind of rating with service. If I could give a star, I would."

"Amazing setting with a beautiful interior and exterior dining room.The upstairs is immaculate and clean.The outside is clean and friendly.Good view of the strip and unobstructed view of the Hard Rock Casino.The food was PRETTY FREAKIN GOOD.Pizza was a perfect sports-bar style pie with proper amounts of cheese, sauce and old school grease sheen across the top. Dab a napkin and you’re golden!Portions were great. A large cheese pizza is a LARGE CHEESE PIZZA.One in our party had gluten free pizza dough for her pie and thought it was better than any she’d had before it.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sal Mookie’s. I will definitely come back and visit again.I would have given this whole experience that 5th star but they charged full soda price for waters that were definitely straight from the treatment plant. Old 70’s mobile home taste to the water once the ice melted.Other than charging for the waters, it was delicious."

"they were in the pan twice and first they really nailed seriously. the most important thing when they come here is to connect the waiting list before the time and significantly reduce their waiting time. overall, eating was really good. my daughter, a super picky dinner, loved that huh and wad and wants to get it back. the loaded hash had everything they want and I would suggest sunny side on eier to add another dimension. the benedikt was full of taste and the mais is a beautiful supplement, it would have been perfect if the egg done less. not pictured, but the strawberry phantom cake was tasteful and not overall chewing, a side of one is much. the largest outlet was the disorganized service. we had to ask several times for the toast with the loaded hash, refilling and benedict were served at least 5 minutes after everything else, maybe if it served the same time that the egg would have been less than hard boiled?"

"Thin crust is the way to go.. This is a good place for pizza, though I do recommend sticking with thin crust. Their deep dish isn't horrible, but not their specialty. On the weekends it can get crazy in there with all the families and groups of teens, so be prepared for that. It's not a place for cheap pizza, at least that was the case when I was there last, but you do get a lot for what you pay . Overall, Cemenos has good food and is a great place to start a fun night out."

"Whenever I order online via door dash or Uber eats I put in special instructions such as extra sauce, or cooked well done ect. And they alwaysssss follow instructions. They send a great amount of garlic bread with their pastas and i love that. Theirgrilled chicken is so delicious I love getting Alfredo from there I think they recently changed the sauce and it's 10 timesbetter than a few years ago ! They've never seemed rude on the phone I think some people are confusing this location with thechandler st location when they say rude workers."

"I've lived in the Crystal Lake area for about 6 years and I've known about this gem for a few years. And I'm just doing a review now. We were actually introduced to Alfredo's pizza at a neighbor's house during a birthday party. They ordered like 6 different pies to try and all were an absolute hit. I don't remember exactly which pizzas they were, as this was quite a few years ago but 1 specific pie did stick out above the rest. I'm from Elgin and there's a pizza place from there called Zza Factory and they have a pie called the Chicago Fire. On this pizza there is Italian beef and hot giardiniera. I crave this pizza every so often and being that Elgin is a hike from Crystal Lake I needed to find something that would fulfill this craving. The pizza from the Zza Factory is more of a Detroit style pizza with the thicker crust and Alfredo's pizza is not like this at all. If you're looking for good Detroit Style pizza, look up La Pizza Via in Fox River Grove. My go to at Alfredo's is the thin crust Italian beef pizza with hot giardiniera. This pizza nails everything correctly from the cheese to the sauce to the crust, EVERTHING just works and your taste buds will thank you for trying this pizza. Alfredo's Pizza is usually a forgotten thought on our dinner selection but this isn't a bad thing. The reason why this isn't a bad thing is because it's like a special occasion pizza. We might have it 2 or 3 times a year but every time we order, we remember why we love this place to begin with and how good it is. We've gotten the wings, boneless and traditional before and it's good. Being Laotian, we are very picky about our wings. I remember my friend Rashad telling me, I thought I've seen my family put down some chicken.... boy was I wrong... until I saw my Laotian homeboy and his family put down some wings, they can put down some chicken"

"Was staying at the Hampton 2 minutes away for work so we thought we 'd try it out since it 's close to the hotel. I ordered the cheesesteak clazone, and while I was there picking it up I seen they had pastries at the counter. The raspberry coffee cake looked really good so I got a piece of that as well. The food didn 't take long to prepare, which was about the only good thing about the whole experience. By the time we got back to the hotel (which is about 2 minutes away from the restaurant) my calzone was a greasy, soggy blob. I only ate a little bit of the bread from around the edge of it because the rest of it was soggy and falling apart whenever I went to pick it up. The menu for the restaurant states we make our calmness how they make them in italy . I 've never been to Italy or had an authentic calzone, but I can assure you, that isn 't how they make them in Italy. I sat the calzone aside and decided to give the coffee cake a try because at least it looked good. Once again I was mistaken. It was as hard as a rock. I couldn 't put a fork or a knife through it, I had to pick it up and break in into pieces with my hands. The taste wasn 't bad, but it was more stale than week old bread. Worst coffee cake I 've ever had. I 'm pretty sure at least that had been sitting in the display case on the counter for quite a while. This is definitely the last time I 'll be wasting money at this place. If you want good pizza/pizza like food you 're better off getting Dominoes or Papa John 's. I don 't know why I expected so much more from a restaurant that 's crammed in to the back side of a vape shop, so I guess the joke is on me. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you 're in the area. I would have given it 1 star, but the lady at the counter was nice and the food was done quick, so that 's gotta count for something right?"

"I call this place to make a to go order an I was told by one of the employees that all they service was chicken tenders. When I went into the store there was one employee making pizza with jewelry on and he was on his computer which was right under the pizza oven. Another was listening to music and half the staff was not wearing any gloves to prepare the food. I was so disgusted that I no longer want to eat here employees telling lies to get out of doing work, not begin professional, and then on top of all that they want a tip) next time I will just go to McDonald's at least they wear gloves an act like they want to work."

"Visited Primo's for my birthday in October. Primo's is sort of tucked away in a strip mall in Yukon (the same one where Sprouts is located) and truth be told, I honestly didn't expect much. So happy to say I was wrong! Right off the bat, the restaurant is much larger than it appears from the outside, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, when you open the door, you're greeted with such lovely Italian scents and smells, I was hungry immediately. Even though it was a Sat night, and the restaurant appeared full, we were seated pretty quickly in a nice booth, and brought the traditional fresh bread roll with balsamic and italian spiced olive oil. Our waitress, Cassidy, was attentive and easy to talk to. She gave good advice on the specials and what was going very well that night. Prices are moderate to a little more expensive (some of their extensive menu is pictured). We started with the Spinach Dip and breadsticks, which was okay, but my heart was already set on my entree!! I had the Eggplant Piccatta w/angel hair side (pictured), and hubby had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were EXCELLENT, with generous portions...enough to take home. Honestly, one of the things I noticed was the excellent service the wait staff provided to those around us during our dinner. In fact, our poor waitress, Cassidy, had burned her hand while waiting on us...yet we never experienced any lag time or reduction in service; others jumped right in to take care of us and we never knew there had been a problem. I was very impressed with the service and commended the staff. When our meal was finished, we were offered complimentary tea drinks for the ride home. I cannot stress how GREAT our dining experience was at Primo's, and I can't wait to go back soon!!"
