"We 've ordered from them about 4 times now. The first time they were very late, but when I called they apologized and said they only had one driver that night and got a bunch of orders in at once. Okay, things happen. The pizza was decent. The next time, pizza was pretty late again, and half the order was very wrong. One problem was our taco pizza ordered as is minus jalapeños. I put the order in online so there wasn 't a misunderstanding. We got a pizza that was only had jalapeños, and it was covered in them. We threw it away. Called, and the manager apologized and said she was the only one there with all trainees and sounded overwhelmed. Okay, we can understand. Another $100 order, but she said if we called in another time she 'd remake the 2 pizzas that were wrong. Next time, again late but not terribly and the order wasn 't perfect but we still had edible pizza. Last order... I waited past our delivery window then called to check in, took several calls and about 30 min to get an answer. She said again, only one driver (apparently this is just their norm but they use it as an excuse as if it isn 't) but he was on his to pick up our pizza then would be to our house. I said so he hasn 't even started to deliver it? Then she changed her story and said he was on his way and would be here in 15 min. An hour later, 2 hours after I ordered, I said I made dinner and I just wanted a refund. She never apologized, couldn 't have cared less, and said she can 't refund the order. The pizza finally made it another 40 minutes later, and by this point it was cold and gross, and again half the order was wrong again! I said we didn 't want the pizza, I wanted a refund. The entire order went in the trash. Another $100 of pizza. She said I had to go through the app or something to get a refund, she didn 't know how it worked. She was a manager. I went through the app, and the restaurant would only offer a $45 discount toward our next order. They refuse to give me a refund. Less than a month later, I decided to try it one more time and do pickup. The code they gave me is invalid. This place is ridiculous, I gave them too many chances to get it right and they only got worse."
