"I ordered food to be delivered to my hotel, and it arrived quickly and hot. However, I noticed quite a few extra charges on my bill. There was a $5 delivery fee, a $5 service fee, a $5 tax, and then a tip on top of that, which turned my $30 order into a $60 bill for just a small pizza and wings. The center of the wings was cold, although they seemed properly cooked. The pizza was somewhat tough, which made me think that the food might have been pre-prepared and then quickly reheated for delivery. I'm not saying that’s definitely the case, but that's how my meal tasted. I would consider ordering again, but I would proceed with caution this time!"

"I had a disappointing experience with my order. They forgot to add the toppings to my pizza, and the app notified me that my food was ready for pickup a full 40 minutes before it actually was. When I arrived, the staff told me it would take another 10 minutes. However, when I came back after waiting that time, they claimed it still "wasn't ready." In reality, my order had been sitting in the back the entire time instead of being kept in the hot case. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes at the restaurant for food that was already prepared. On a positive note, the food itself is quite good."

I expected better quality considering it's a pizza place.Regrettably, I won't be returning to NY Pizza. My hope is that this serves as constructive feedback for the restaurant. It's essential to prioritize quality food and service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Ignoring such issues could lead to a decline in customers, as not everyone may vocalize their dissatisfaction. "We had the house pizza... pepperoni, sausage, onions, pepperoni... It was good. The crust was great... sauce great.... cooked well. Service.... eh... we ordered bread sticks as an appetizer and they never came. We ordered mac and cheese for one daughter and spaghetti for the other. We received 2 mac and cheese. The mac and cheese we kept was cold. So that had to go back. The replacement was hot and she enjoyed it. The spaghetti was hardly touched. Waiter was maverick or malachi... some unique name that started with an M.A wonderful young lady (didnt catch her name) took care of the mix ups and was very attentive and apologetic. It's a neat place with pretty tasty pizza. If it wasn't for the 3 mixups I'd give this place 5 stars."

"OMG!!! We are seriously so impressed and so so happy. We haven't had a good pizza shop order in 3 years. The Taco Pizza was amazing, tasty and warm. The lettuce and tomatoes were extremely fresh just like you would expect on a taco. They even split the pizza half chicken, half beef so we could try both. How nice! The chicken and JoJo's were crispy and so flavorful. I couldn't believe how good they were. Wowwwwww!!! Maybe the best chicken I have ever had. Which is a lot to say. I seriously can't express enough gratitude and happiness that we got such superb food. This area has been sub par with every restaurant delivery I have gotten after moving here that I triple think about it before ordering anything. "I lived near IMO in Cape Girardeau and I'm thrilled they have a location in Poplar Bluff. My favorite dish is the bacon pizza, with whole strips of bacon – it's fantastic! I enjoy all of their pizzas, sandwiches, and roasted ravioli. I even love the breakfast pizza. I noticed an earlier review where someone complained about the cut tomatoes; just ignore that. They don't know what they're talking about!"

"The staff were friendly, and the pizza was great. I would definitely eat here again. Despite the restaurant being very busy during my visit, the staff were incredibly nice and my order was prepared quickly. I loved the way the pizza toppings were cut into small pieces, which is one of my favorite styles. "After driving past this restaurant almost every weekend for 3 years a friend convinced us to stop and DAMN, I'm sorry for all the times we missed coming here!! The waitress recommended the fish tacos and that was one of the dishes my wife was already thinking of so she decided to give them a try and absolutely loved the, a definite win!!! I decided on the poblano burger and it was cooked perfect and the fresh baked bun was incredible too!! we ordered onion rings and pickle chips to share and OMG they were both excellent. You can tell the difference between fresh and frozen and these were fresh and delicious! the ranch and blue cheese dressings we used as dipping sauce were fresh made and delicious as well. The beer tap list was amazing. The owner came out and we talked with us for a while, it was obvious as soon as we started talking to him that his level of commitment and passion for providing fresh food and a fun atmosphere ran through his veins, this is his life and he is proud of it! There are many menu items I'm looking forward to trying and my friends insist their pizza is the best in the thumb and I can't wait to try it on one of our next visits!!"

"We ordered delivery and one of the toppings was extra sauce. Barely any sauce was on both pizzas. Called immediately and asked for a manager. Girl who answered said there wasn’t one right now. I explained the situation and she said her system didn’t show extra sauce. Long story short, she didn’t care that barely any sauce was on our pizza let alone extra sauce I pointed out that there are a few delivery pizzas places and she said “go ahead and order from them” Never apologized that our pizza was wrong Horrible workers will never order from them again"
